"Resort" term is used loosely. We attended a 2.5 hr presentation in exchange for a preloaded credit card and 40000 choice points. We're charged approx 225 for a three night stay. Arrived on Oct 10 at approx 1630hrs. Lobby was bustling with people, we were still checked in promptly. Received our 1 bedroom standard suite. Had a washer-dryer, stove top, fridge etc, pretty much fully equipped. Everything was in working order, after getting our coffee maker replaced. Promptly I will add. The room is very small in comparison to other long term stay hotels. Kitchen literally has no open space on the counter. Tv area very small as well, bathroom and bedroom are both a decent size. The fixtures, appliances are very very dated. Definitely needs upgrades. The pool area reminds me of a huge indoor community pool, outdoor roof top has a sundeck with loungers. As for resort, no feeling of resort at all, more like a mid budget hotel. As far as the units go, very subpar compared to Hilton or Marriott. Again, cheaper to purchase. This also causes concerns. We were told throughout the tour, that they were in process of upgrading all their rooms.. ADVICE, don't put down a penny until they are. Even the show suites show wear, scuffed walls etc. Considering these are their best of best rooms, that's definitely cause for concern, RED FLAGS
