It is a time share property so you are actually renting somebody’s room that manage by a management company. They don’t provide house keeping at all and “the upon request” charges $65 each time. There’s a self serve convenient store but the price is quite high the good thing is it’s 24/7. Other than that, there is no other option for F&B. Basically the free shuttle, free coffee/tea and semi equipped kitchen are the only things the hotel provides. Gym is good, big and clean. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool so cannot comment on that. The wifi is weak, and it only allows 4 devices. The wall is very thin, you can hear your neighbors.
