Personale cordiale e colazione ricca

Mi trovo per lavoro a Latina e ho soggiornato in questo Hotel. Camere vecchie e maltenute. La nota dolente la doccia piena di muffa ! Ma come si fa a non controllare queste situazioni!Ho fatto fatica a fami la doccia. Personale gentile. Da rivedere e ammodernare.

Foto su booking non reali almeno mia camera non era assolutamente cosi ampia, non c'era una scrivania dove poter poggiare le cose ma solo un mobiletto che doveva fingere da frigobar che non esisteva, non c'era un poggia valigia, e nel bagno non si poteva poggiare nulla, unico posto in tutta la camera per poter poggiare le cose era questo mobiletto, di piccole dimensione, muri sporchi, tende macchiate e sporche. doccia piccola con soffione fisso, non si riesce a lavarsi bene. La colazione, solo cibi confezionati, i cornetti alle 09:00 erano finiti, a noi è capitata una torta con muffa nella parte sotto, pasticcini sfusi, si vedeva che erano stati grattati per ripulirli dalla muffa, detto al personale sembrava quasi una cosa normale, non si sono degnati nemmeno di chiedere scusa. pessima esperienza, il prezzo per quello che è la struttura troppo alto. Mi chiedo se esistono controlli per gli hotel.

We were here for a hit and run definitely worth repeating. The structure is really beautiful. The interiors are simple and well structured. Very good breakfast, very full, indeed very full, even gluten-free and lactose-free foods which are an added bonus given that it is very difficult to find places with such a vast choice, even for those who are forced to meet these needs. Lastly, on the staff: everyone is kind, polite, welcoming and well prepared. Always ready to find a solution or simply give a smile, with so much kindness. Hotel with poor hygiene, dirty bathroom with hair everywhere, breakfast is terrible, with moldy cakes... Products close to their expiry date, 80 euros per night... A steal! With this poor quality, I understand that there are almost no hotels in Latina, but this treatment for customers is not fair.
