Staff was friendly at the check-in, quick and easy. I'm terrible with names but the lady I spoke to had curly dark hair, with glasses, she was really helpful and she kindly upgraded my room to an Excutive King. It was on the 10th floor. The room boast some excellent amenities, it was clean and well air conditioned. The best part about the room was the views, overlooking the city of Leeds. Overall, will definitely be staying here again, it is a 2/3minute walk from the train station, a few steps to Trinity shopping centre.

Environment: Very close to the train station and the downtown shopping area. Because the hotel is very high, you can basically see the hotel from a distance when you are in the city. It is very convenient to travel and suitable for first-time tourists.
