Visited the hotel and had such a pleasant and positive experience. I was welcomed at check in, with a friendly and polite person. I had a room overlooking the central town square, and the room was great. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, with access to a kitchenette. For location, cost and quality of service and the hotel, I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room is very clean and big. There is the bid kitchen with necessary stuff. Nice licatio can walk to Market. Staff not helpful.

Many major attractions and public transport hubs are within walking distance. Room comfort: The hotel's suites are modern in design, spacious, fully equipped and very comfortable. Especially suitable for travelers who stay for a long time, the equipment and furniture in the room are very practical. View: Some rooms in the hotel overlook Piazza Augustus, and the view is very beautiful. Whether it's day or night, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the city. insufficient: Inefficient front desk: The front desk is inefficient when it comes to check-in and check-out procedures. The waiting time in line was long and the processing speed was slow, which affected the overall check-in experience. Service quality: The hotel's service needs to be improved. The front desk staff sometimes seemed unfriendly and lacked enthusiasm and initiative when dealing with problems. The response speed of room service also needs to be improved, sometimes it takes multiple reminders to get a response. Overall, Felix Ribendigan House Suites at Plaza Augustus has a great location and comfortable rooms for travelers who want to enjoy convenient transportation and beautiful views in the city center. The hotel check-in is on the 6th floor, and the front desk staff is very welcoming! The room I stayed in is relatively small, the bed and pillows are very soft, and it is a pity that there is no air conditioning in the room! But the balcony door of the room I stayed in can be opened, which is relatively good! Just came to watch football and stayed for one night!

I've seen bad ones, never seen such bad ones. A room with more than 2,000 yuan has such a configuration? The ceiling is directly free of decoration! The most frightening thing is that the location is not accurate, and it is on the 6th floor. There is no signage downstairs, making it difficult to find. I was initially given a room on the third floor. When I entered, someone else checked in, and it was extremely dirty. After communicating with me, I was given a different room for free.

Very good location, close to the central train station and town hall square. Excellent service and spacious room, with a mini kitchen in case you need to eat in the room. The hotel's buffet breakfast was very good, with what was necessary, but not too much. We will stay here again.

Very good address in a great location. Very good service, friendly. Kitchen well equipped with WMF products. Everything is top notch! Highly recommended!
