War ein schöner Aufenthalt. Zimmer bräuchten mal wieder frische Farbe an den Wänden, aber sonst wirkt das Zimmer recht elegant. Klimaanlage fehlt leider für heiße Nächte.

Ein tolles Apartment, sehr komfortabel und die Minisauna im Badezimmer als extra Highlight - meine "feste" Adresse, wenn ich in Leipzig bin. W-LAN war diesmal etwas langsam, aber ansonsten alles perfekt.

Perfektes Apartment
Ganz wunderbares Apartment mit Minisauna. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten auf der Straße, ruhige Lage, Smart TV mit Netflix, gute Beleuchtung, hygienische, wischbare Böden, Küche gut ausgestattet - alles wie es sein soll. Werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Superó mis expectativas. Si bien la ubicación del apartamento no es en un lugar céntrico las condiciones, amplitud , limpieza , decoración, confort y atención de la propiedad fueron inigualables por lo tanto quedamos totalmente satisfechos y recomendamos a cualquiera tomar esta maravillosa opción.

Erfahrung - Kann man machen, muss man aber ...
Unterkunft so lala. Altbauwohnungen renoviert und jetzt als Unterkunft vermietet. Altbau schöne Deckenhöhen. Gebäude hellhörig, am Wochenende Parties in anderen umliegenden Wohnungen. Betten extrem hart, Einzelbetten nur 80 cm breit? Einrichtung sehr spartanisch, wenig Liebe zum Detail. Doppelbett für Eltern ist die Klappcouch. Hauseingang ist nicht richtig renoviert. Boden hat Fliesenlöcher. Abgenutzt. Immer noch eher abgewohnter Altbau.
Wohnviertel in dem die Unterkunft liegt ist sehr runtergekommen. Habe noch nie soviel Graffiti in einen Wohnviertel gesehen. Dafür kann der Vermieter nix, ist aber halt Teil des Gesamteindrucks.
Parken auf der Strasse. Muss man halt Glück haben, mit Parkscheibe morgens. Bilder sind jetzt Ausserhalb. Wohnviertel hat grundsätzlich Potenzial, aber müsste sich sehr viel tun.
Fazit: Eine Erfahrung. Preis/Leistung haben für mich nicht gestimmt. Nächstes Mal wo anders.
