This hotel is okay. The swimming pool is clean. The amenities are complete. You can add an extra bed at the reception for an additional 250k. The room is also spacious. The only thing lacking is that the view of the hotel is not so good, this hotel is a bit old. The front part needs to be renovated and more lights added. Overall, the service is good and the price is super cheap. Hopefully, the owner will improve next time.

I visited on a weekday, so the hotel was quiet
Initially I was interested in this hotel because there were mini PG facilities and there were rabbit houses and fish but all of them didn't work and the worst thing was the swimming pool was dirty in the morning with lots of animals so it was really not suitable for use. The restaurant menu is only a little, breakfast doesn't have much variety. Please improve it again. Thank you

The first experience staying at Novena Hotel was super fun and made me want to stay there and not want to go home.
In the room there are:
- Spacious room
- Cold AC
- Soft mattress
- Wardrobe / drawer
- Mineral water, electric kettle + tea / coffee / sugar
- 2 pairs of sandals
- There is soap / shampoo
- Hot water is very good (it's a shame the shower head is attached to the wall so I'm not satisfied with the direction of the shower)
- The price includes a minimalist but satisfying breakfast
- There is a swimming pool (booking on weekdays feels like a private swimming pool)
- Spacious vehicle parking
- Friendly and helpful hotel staff
- Easy and fast check in / out (cash deposit 100 thousand)

Breakfast is very delicious in taste in Novena Hotel Bandung. Rooms are clean and hygiene. The Hotel provides facilities like Mini refrigerator, TV, Electrical kettle, Swimming Pool, Restaurant, Duct Air conditioning, Internet access plus room service is appropriately considerable. Considerable and suitable for couples and family visit or business visit. Forest and mountain side room view is great.
