Excellent
ZZhengyidezhufuOverall, I was quite satisfied. The service was warm and welcoming, the facilities were relatively new and easy to use, and the breakfast was definitely one of the better options for a hotel in a scenic area. There was a public hot spring where you could relax.
My suggestion is that the gym could consider adding more strength training equipment. These days, most people are doing cardio, and after a whole day of hiking, you don't need to do cardio. Two washer and two dryer were a bit few.
GGuest UserStumbled upon a recommendation for this place and decided to book it in advance. It pretty much lived up to expectations. Just a heads-up that after 3:30 PM, entry to Bipenggou is no longer allowed. This is a perfect time to enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot spring, as there are fewer crowds in the afternoon. After dinner, there's an hour-long, easy-to-learn 'Guozhuang' folk dance. If you're keen to try on some local ******* outfits, you can do so near the front desk beforehand. The evening hot spring soak was also incredibly comfortable. At an altitude of over 2000 meters, it was pleasantly cool even on summer nights. The next morning, the breakfast spread was varied and plentiful. After breakfast, you can get ready and head straight to Bipenggou. Overall, the staff were attentive and enthusiastic. I would definitely choose to stay here again.
GGuest UserThe room was excellent, featuring a small private courtyard perfect for enjoying a cup of tea and a relaxing soak in the bathtub. The bed was spacious and incredibly comfortable. A significant plus is the air conditioning, which many nearby guesthouses and hotels often lack. All things considered, it definitely deserves a good rating.
GGuest UserThanks to the patience of Mr Peng at the front desk and the helpful female owner/manager, we were able to reach Jiuzhaigou entirely by public transport, with multiple transfers, without having to return to Chengdu for the high-speed rail to Huanglong Jiuzhai Station.
Apparently, only rooms on the fifth floor are equipped with air conditioning, while rooms on other floors have fans. Mr Peng kindly assisted us in arranging a room transfer from the fourth to the fifth floor on our second night. The rooms were spacious, cozy, and spotless. Guests also have access to a free onsen area. I was particularly impressed by the quality convenience of the water dispenser, nightly campfires (weather permitting), and smart controls.
The Bipenggou entrance is less than a kilometre away, though a morning drop-off service from the hotel would make visiting even more convenient. The breakfast spread was extensive, but international guests might miss options like a coffee machine.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay.
GGuest UserOur stay was very pleasant, the family room is decorated adorably and the view was nice. They had a nice garden in front of the hotel with plenty of pavilions where you can sit and relax, as well as open air hot spring pools on the third floor. We especially enjoy soaking in the hotspring pools, overlooking the mountain scenery and breathing in the fresh air. The breakfast spread was good, so for two consecutive days we ate at the hotel restaurant and very much enjoyed the food. The hotpot was tasty and the portion was huge, and we also really like the stir fried pork belly. Before we checked out the staff helped us book for a ride to Chengdu per our request. Overall a very nice place for a getaway where you can enjoy natural scenery 😊
GGuest UserWhen visiting Bipenggou, choosing this hot spring hotel was such a brilliant idea; it absolutely deserves a five-star review! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, its unique charm was immediately apparent. It's surrounded by towering mountains and lush forests, and the air is unbelievably fresh – every breath felt like a spa treatment for my lungs.
The hotel is incredibly close to Bipenggou Scenic Area; just a few minutes' drive takes you right to the start of your magnificent mountain adventure. Opening the window in the morning, I was greeted by lush greenery, and with the sun warming my skin, my spirits were instantly lifted. In the evening, you can enjoy breathtaking mountain sunsets – the ambiance was absolutely perfect.
The room was clean and tidy, the bedding comfortable, and the hot spring water was crystal clear – a soak in it made all the day's fatigue just melt away. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, and check-in was a breeze. They even thoughtfully recommended nearby attractions. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and I left feeling completely satisfied. My stay here was absolutely wonderful; next time I visit Bipenggou, I'll definitely be staying here again!
MM501243****The hotel is conveniently located right inside the scenic area, which means you can take your time exploring without having to worry about crowded transportation.
Overall, the accommodation at the hotel is actually quite good, not as poor as some online reviews implied. The service was also excellent. One evening, I ordered instant noodles through their mini-program, and the butler, worried that I might not have enough bottled water, thoughtfully brought several extra bottles to my room.
The hotel breakfast was actually quite decent. While the Chinese restaurant on-site is certainly pricier than options outside, the dishes we ordered were all tasty and didn't disappoint at all.
MM36515****This is the perfect choice for accommodation when visiting Bipenggou Scenic Area. It's just 200 meters from the scenic spot, and free parking is available. Highly recommended! When booking, I suggest choosing a south-facing room – the view is exactly as pictured. Avoid north-facing rooms, as they can be quite dark and feel a bit gloomy.
AAnonymous UserOur last stop was Bipenggou, where we checked into Yijianrugu Homestay. It's the closest accommodation to the Bipenggou Scenic Area. Surrounded by verdant mountains, clear waters, and white clouds, the environment is wonderfully comfortable. The rooms, featuring an all-wood structure, are very distinctive.
XXiahuaweimianWe specifically visited for the infinity pool with its stunning views and the hot springs. The drive to the hotel wasn't the easiest, but upon seeing the beautiful surroundings once we arrived, the challenging journey felt entirely worthwhile! Some of the maple trees on the property have already turned red; I imagine it would be even more beautiful and breathtaking if visited in autumn.
