"Excellent! It's small but has everything you need. The surrounding area is very safe and quiet. The guy at the front desk was super nice and handsome, and he even spoke Chinese! They provide slippers and pajamas, and the bathrobe is really stylish, very French. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance."

"A great hotel in a great location and service. The one thing that kind of annoyed us, was the size of the room and the bathroom. Although we booked the bigger room but it was so mini. I can't imagine how the real mini room looks like. Also the cups for coffee were too big and didn't even fit in the machine.
Everything else was perfect."

AAnonymous UserThe location is fantastic – incredibly convenient for getting around. Many attractions are within walking distance, and it's super close to the subway station. The room was very clean. We were assigned a corner room on the top floor; even though it was what I'd consider a 'tail-end' room, the bathroom was surprisingly large and spacious, which made the stay quite comfortable. I had specifically requested *not* to be given corner or end-of-hall rooms in my booking notes, so I'm still puzzled why Ctrip always seems to book me into this type of room. Overall, the hotel was clean and well-maintained, the room size was decent, and the beds were very comfortable. Housekeeping was also very prompt.

AAnonymous UserHotel front desk and concierge is very friendly and helpful . Staffs in the lounge bar and restaurant are very warm and friendly too. Room is very big in Paris standard. Room design is tasteful, graceful yet modern.
The only thing annoyed me very much is that the housekeepers are very rude. Everything else seems fine,except the controlling pad surface is a bit dusty. I lived there for 3 nights, everyday there are someone coming to my room without knocking the door or telling me who that is. First day I was quite shocked, I thought it was my problem because I didn't turn on the 'Do not disturb' light. That's fine.
The second day, I had the 'Do not disturb' light on, someone(housekeeper) still opened my door without knocking the door or telling me who that is. That was very awkward. I feel no privacy in the room as someone could just come into your room without any notice . That annoyed me very much. I mean, what is the point of 'Do not disturb' button ??!! Later I turned off the 'Do not disturb' light and turned on 'Please make up room' light. I went out of the room and saw the housekeeper in the there. I kindly asked her could she make up my room for me. She seems unhappy and told me that It is too late and she is off already . Come on, it was only 4pm, and I am going to stay there another night. I came back after one hour , saw the ' Please make up room' light still on, so I didn't expect my room was made. Luckily someone cleaned my room but didn't turned off the light.
Then it was the 3rd day, I had the late check out till 3pm and I had the 'Do not disturb' light on. You know what happened? The housekeeper opened my door without any notice again while I was in the room and said DO NOT DISTURB. It was obvious light color and I am really annoyed by that. If it happened once , ok. But everyday for 3 consecutive days ???! All the other staffs are fine but I do think it lacks housekeeping training. It ruined all the privacy and trust etc.
If it is only for the room, and concierge etc I like it.
The housekeeping is terrible and disappointing.

AAyakhaThe hotel looked good with a very cute balcony, the rooms were clean but a bit small and the light were a little bit dim. The area was quiet and near restaurants and shops. The service was ok, we did have a run in with a cleaning lady who was a little abrupt and rude after we asked her to please come back later to clean the room as we were still getting ready to go out.

Facilities: The facilities are complete, and there are different small cakes downstairs for free every day;
Environment: It is right next to the Arc de Triomphe, not far from the subway station, and there are many shops around. There are also laundry rooms and Korean and Japanese restaurants on the same street.

Environment: There is a balcony, but no view.
Service: So-so, there is only one person in the restaurant and the front desk, it feels understaffed. The quality of food and beverage is OK.
Facilities: The decoration style is not bad, the shower water pressure is good. But the room is still very small, and the aisles on both sides of the bed take up a lot of space, so the luggage can't be placed, so the two luggages are barely put down at the end of the bed. The lighting control is also a bit messy. Note that there is no bedside table, and the room type I was assigned does not have a table and chair in the bedside area, which is different from the reference picture.

AAnonymous UserAccessibility and Location: We were mindful that Montmarte is a hilly, cobbled location; therefore, on arrival and departure taxi or Uber would be the most convenient way with large luggages.
It's brilliantly located within walking distances of fabulous bars, restaurants, and main sights of Montmarte.
About 450-550 meters within Metro stops of Lamarck and Chateau Rouge.
Cleanliness: The room we were in had a bit of a body odour smell on arrival, which was disappointing. Thankfully the windows can be opened so that solved the issue.
Comfort: Beds and pillows were comfortable.
Service: Good breakfast service. The staff were welcoming and attentive. Good coin laundry service.

GGuest UserI set the balcony room double room clean location is good but no sound, the room is very close between the rooms, when cleaning the room, the equipment in the room is not prepared, the feeling is very bad, when using this for a while, there is no shower gel in the bathroom. The double room has a towel, a bottle of water, and 2 paper towels are gone. The hotel does not provide toothbrushes and does not buy them (at least provide customers with choices)

EEttyCalcioA bit small as bathroom, but very good services, location and very clean also. Raccomended if you visit Paris, just located near the Eiffel Tower (walking distance) and one of the Statue of Liberty, on the Sein River. Beautiful, central and convenient. Will be back for sure.

GGuest UserI stayed here for a couple of nights from the 7th to the 9th of August. During my first night stay, I had a very unpleasant experience with the night receptionist. I returned to the hotel after watching an Olympic table tennis match that finished at around midnight. After showering and washing my hair I found out that the hair dryer didn't work so I phoned the reception to ask for help. The receptionist told me that there was nothing he could do as housekeeping was closed. I told him that I couldn't go to bed with wet hair but he repeatedly refused to help. After a long argument with him on the phone he eventually came up to my room. On entering my room, his manner was aggressive and he was more interested in scolding me than trying to fix the hair dryer. It wasn't until I told him that I would demand a full refund of my room rates before he fixed the problem. The lengthy and frustrating process of dealing with this guy kept me up until 2am. The following day, I filed a complaint with the manager who promised he would investigate the matter.
The way I was treated by this night time receptionist makes me feel that there was an element of race and gender discrimination as I am an Asian woman. I'd like to think this was a bad showing by one individual staff rather than the general service level of the hotel. The other staff of the hotel seemed friendly and helpful.
