"The hotel is charming and located in a less touristy part of town which we really liked, close to local restaurants and bars. Oberkampf metro is only a few minutes away (via the passage) which was very handy. In particular the over night male staff member at reception was very warm, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good. The only thing we didn’t like was that we paid extra for a room with “spa access” but the spa was always booked out except for inconvenient times like lunch or 8pm. Booking weeks or days ahead is not always practical. Perhaps the spa should be on a pay per use basis instead."

"Everything was splendid! Clean, cozy, newly renovated, and tastefully decorated! There's a coffee machine and delicious tea in the room. My deposit was returned promptly, all good. The metro is nearby, and as for nearby eateries, the Italian restaurant Sapore is the best one I found in all of Paris! A bit further there's also a great French supermarket with good prices. Highly recommend! A taxi from Trocadero costs €12. The area is quiet and peaceful, absolutely no noise."

"The hotel is located in the 15th arrondissement of Paris, which is relatively safe. The hotel's sanitation, facilities and environment are all good. The shower room and toilet are separated, which I think is good. The service is also very good. There are large supermarkets and restaurants of various styles around the hotel, which is very convenient. The station is not far away. It is a little far from the central area."

Amazing
GGuest UserFirst, the good: the aesthetic of the hotel is exceptional, especially the lobby and the bar. You receive a personalised welcome including a history of the hotel. The rooms are super quiet and dark at night and you'll for sure get a good sleep.
The bad: the rooms are very small and the one we got (Rose) was a disappointment compared to the photos. The room lacked basic amenities like tea and coffee which you get in even the most low budget hotels, and when the front desk was called to ask about this, we were offered tea brought to the room, but then charged 20 euros (we got this removed from the bill of course, but this should not have happened to begin with).
The service was very slow during our stay, both the check-in but also the breakfast. It felt like it was understaffed, even though at breakfast it was only around half full at the time. In general, the service level attempts to be more personal to justify its 5 star rating, but clearly more staff are needed to pull this off properly.
The spa was too cold to enjoy.
I would not stay again, but would consider visiting the bar to enjoy the unique atmosphere.
KKingSpringMelodyThe environment: I chose to stay here because it's quite close to Lyon Station. We were given a connecting room, which was pretty clean, though the space was a bit small and having two bathrooms didn't really make much sense.
The elevator is located on a half-landing of the spiral staircase, so you have to carry your luggage up or down half a flight of stairs both when arriving and departing. On the day we checked out, the elevator was broken, and only one staff member helped us carry our luggage down from the 6th floor.
The breakfast service was good.
GGuest UserExcellent Stay and Outstanding Service!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Paris. The manager, Stefano, truly made our experience exceptional. When our luggage was delayed by the airline, he went above and beyond to help us — offering very practical advice on how to handle the situation, providing us with some essential items to use during our stay, and comforting us with kind and supportive words at a time when we were feeling quite frustrated. His professionalism and empathy turned what could have been a stressful start into a much more manageable experience.
The hotel itself is clean, neat, and tidy, with rooms that are reasonably sized and well maintained. The location is absolutely perfect — just a few minutes’ walk from Galeries Lafayette Haussmann (which makes shopping extremely convenient) and about a 20-minute walk to the Louvre Museum. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, offering a great variety of dining options.
We would highly recommend this hotel to all travelers — couples, families, and especially visitors who are not planning to drive, as everything you need is within walking distance or easily accessible by public transport.
Thank you to Stefano and the entire team for making our Paris stay so pleasant and memorable!
LLamlamSinThis hotel is located in the 1st district, close to the Louvre and the Opera House. There are Carrefour and international restaurants around it. It is very convenient and quiet in a busy area. The hotel opened last year and its overall design adopts Japanese style, which is elegant and clean. The room was spacious, the atmosphere was cozy, and free sake was provided upon check-in. The toiletries used are from the Diptyque brand, and the scents chosen are fresh and comfortable, making the entire stay experience even better. The service attitude is very good, attentive and considerate. I highly recommend this hotel as a base in Paris!
AAnonymous UserAccessibility and Location: We were mindful that Montmarte is a hilly, cobbled location; therefore, on arrival and departure taxi or Uber would be the most convenient way with large luggages.
It's brilliantly located within walking distances of fabulous bars, restaurants, and main sights of Montmarte.
About 450-550 meters within Metro stops of Lamarck and Chateau Rouge.
Cleanliness: The room we were in had a bit of a body odour smell on arrival, which was disappointing. Thankfully the windows can be opened so that solved the issue.
Comfort: Beds and pillows were comfortable.
Service: Good breakfast service. The staff were welcoming and attentive. Good coin laundry service.
GGuest UserI set the balcony room double room clean location is good but no sound, the room is very close between the rooms, when cleaning the room, the equipment in the room is not prepared, the feeling is very bad, when using this for a while, there is no shower gel in the bathroom. The double room has a towel, a bottle of water, and 2 paper towels are gone. The hotel does not provide toothbrushes and does not buy them (at least provide customers with choices)
GGuest UserI stayed here for a couple of nights from the 7th to the 9th of August. During my first night stay, I had a very unpleasant experience with the night receptionist. I returned to the hotel after watching an Olympic table tennis match that finished at around midnight. After showering and washing my hair I found out that the hair dryer didn't work so I phoned the reception to ask for help. The receptionist told me that there was nothing he could do as housekeeping was closed. I told him that I couldn't go to bed with wet hair but he repeatedly refused to help. After a long argument with him on the phone he eventually came up to my room. On entering my room, his manner was aggressive and he was more interested in scolding me than trying to fix the hair dryer. It wasn't until I told him that I would demand a full refund of my room rates before he fixed the problem. The lengthy and frustrating process of dealing with this guy kept me up until 2am. The following day, I filed a complaint with the manager who promised he would investigate the matter.
The way I was treated by this night time receptionist makes me feel that there was an element of race and gender discrimination as I am an Asian woman. I'd like to think this was a bad showing by one individual staff rather than the general service level of the hotel. The other staff of the hotel seemed friendly and helpful.
GGuest UserA lovely small hotel with a really great location! It’s 6-9 minutes from the opera therefore very, very central and as someone who loves walking around the entire city it’s amazing and in the center. Waking down and up as to the side you could get everywhere. The room was quite spacious especially for the price in Paris. Everything was very clean and overall I had a great stay. The room also had a nice Parisian window which one could open and see a beautiful Parisian street. Overall great price for a great location and cleanliness which to me is very important. Will definitely be staying here again. Also it is located really close to one of the cheapest parking slots since we were staying for 3 days and parked the car.
GGuest UserThe location is on a side street, a few steps away from the main street, with a bus stop and railway nearby
The room is clean, quiet at night, and tastefully decorated
Friendly staff who seem to enjoy their work
There is a supermarket on the corner and a restaurant opposite
Breakfast is Western style, normal standard, no changes
GGuest UserThe location is excellent, just in the alley next to the Champs-Elysées, and it takes 10 minutes to walk to the Arc de Triomphe. The room is relatively large, and the bathroom is also large. Although it has a long history, it is well maintained. The elevator feels very good, and you can also walk to the Eiffel Tower in about half an hour. The price is a bit expensive, probably because of holidays.
