"The location is excellent, just a few minutes from the metro station, and about a 20-minute ride to the Louvre. You can even see the Eiffel Tower from the hotel entrance. I tried walking back from the Eiffel Tower once, and it took about 27 minutes. The full set of Diptyque toiletries was a real treat and made me feel so happy. If you forget your toothbrush or slippers, you can ask the front desk for them, they're provided free of charge, and the toothpaste is a small Mavis sample. The bathroom decor is very cozy. The downsides are that the room is a bit small and the soundproofing isn't great. Also, the mattress quality can't compare to domestic brands like Atour or Huazhu. However, if you're looking for good value for money and don't have too much luggage, I'd still highly recommend it. It gave me a wonderful experience in Paris!"

"The hotel is located in a residential area. Very quiet and grocery stores and bakeries in the area. Easy connections for travel to the city center, tram T2 from Belvedere station (5 min walking) to La Defense subway station and M1 to the city. Clean rooms, clean and spacious bathroom. The only downside was the chairs aspect (studio apartment), the upholstery was damaged and I don’t understand why they didn’t fix it. It’s a minor issue but with high impact when you enter the room. Otherwise, everything perfect."

Unfortunately several issues arose with the stay.
Early check in I requested .. They had a room ready and available but would not put me in the room until after my sister and I got lunch .. and came back 2 hours later pleading with them that we flew all night and were really tired.
Another manager decided to check us in at around 2 pm instead of 3 pm.
My boss had a family emergency and we had to fly back to the states 2 days early. I asked if they could add the coins or travel back to my account on trip .com the said no! Would not even try to gesture something towards me coming back .
The location is great and for boutique hotels not accommodating their customers is not good .
Another instance. I had called a few days ahead requesting a car service to pick up my sister.
I have them the airline the flight number her name and cell.. the driver never checked flight information and my sisters flight got in 1 hour earlier.. she was there at the airport with no one to pick her up ..
I asked for a credit.. I said does the company check the flight itinerary? Did they actually show up? It was all very sketchy and I have to tell you I felt bad for my sister arriving to the airport with no help at all having to go to the police security for assistance.
So with hotels at our disposal and customer service is a must no a days I’m sad to say as much as I love the location I did not like being left out on taxi and the early check in and also the fact they would not accommodate at all..

GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay at the Bloom House Hotel. As a new and popular hotel, it had a great atmosphere. The major advantage is its proximity to Nord Station, making travel very convenient. While the location isn't the most ideal for shopping or sightseeing on foot, we absolutely loved exploring Paris by bike, which was a fantastic way to see the city. It served as a good base for our trip, and we had a pleasant time.

AAvelineI thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Artus Hotel and I was lucky to chance upon this hotel during my search. There are so many options and recommendations out there. I'm glad I chose this hotel for my maiden trip to Paris.
First, the location. I can walk to the major landmarks like River Seine, Louvre, 'Dorsay museum, Notre Dame, etc. It is located close to St Germaine, so there are many charming streets to roam about and many options for food and supplies. I feel safe wandering around on my own as a solo female traveller.
Second, the place is tastefully decorated. I like my room which has windows that overlook the streets as well as the decor. The bed is so comfortable that I slept very well during the three nights I was there. The housekeeping staff also kept the room clean and I like that the hotel embraces environmental practices. The only thing is that the yellow lights in the room can be a bit dim, but the white light used in the bathroom is bright.
Third, the staff. I was greeted by a lady when I checked in and she is so understanding, patient and nice with me. I would like to commend her for her great personality and attitude, but I missed getting her name. The other staff I met are equally friendly and nice (two young ladies, one named Li/Yang; and another gentleman). Even if they don't know something, they will look up the information for me. They will also provide me with recommendations. I also must compliment the driver who picked me up from the airport and drove me to the airport (hotel transfers). He is very polite and considerate and he makes me feel at ease when i was travelling in his car. Even the gentleman who helped me with my luggage wore a big smile on his face. Thank you to everyone I've met during my stay and which made my experience a pleasant one.
I learned only on my last day that they have another sister hotel a few steps away. One of the staff recognized me and invited me to take a look inside. Again, the place is tastefully done. If I have a chance to be back in Paris, I will check out both Artus Hotel as well as this hotel. I would also like to take this opportunity to make a request to the guests who are going to stay in the hotel - let's make an effort to treat the room as if it is our own. That way, the hotel will stay in a good condition for a longer time and future guests will get to enjoy the stay as much as I did. Thank you :)

GGuest UserThe area around the Eiffel Tower in Paris is truly a fantastic location for travelers. To the west, you have the Seine River, and there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and bakeries nearby. Major tourist attractions are also easily accessible on foot or by metro. It was especially special to be able to stroll and see the Tower during the day, and then watch the light show directly from there at night.

My recent stay at Hôtel Dame des Arts allowed me to immerse myself in the splendor of the awe-inspiring interior design crafted by Raphel Navot and indulge in the allure of the popular rooftop bar, which undoubtedly left a positive and lasting impression.
The interior design of the hotel was a masterpiece in itself, with Raphel Navot's talent evident in every detail. The ambiance exuded elegance and sophistication, creating an atmosphere that truly enhanced the overall guest experience. Additionally, the rooftop bar provided breathtaking views of Paris, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and enjoyment.
Regrettably, the overall experience was overshadowed by a combination of disappointments, notably the service at the ground floor cafe. The male employee with a beard exhibited a dismissive and inattentive demeanor during my interactions with him. His lack of attentiveness made me feel overlooked, leaving me hesitant to further explore the cafe's offerings. While I typically do not demand exceptional service, this level of inattentiveness fell short even of my usual expectations.
This attitude displayed by this specific employee overshadowed the positive hospitality offered by all other employees at the hotel, leaving a bittersweet impression of the overall service.
Furthermore, my stay was marred by a billing issue, resulting in double charging for my fully prepaid reservation. Such an oversight was embarrassing.
On a positive note, I must commend the other hotel staff, particularly those at the reception and rooftop bar areas, for their accommodating nature, contributing to a more pleasant overall experience.
In conclusion, Hôtel Dame des Arts undoubtedly showcased a dedication to exceptional design and ambiance. However, the combination of one inattentive employee and the billing concerns left me with a mixed impression. I firmly believe that fostering a culture of attentive and respectful service, along with diligent billing practices, is essential to delivering an exceptional guest experience. By addressing these issues, Hôtel Dame des Arts can elevate its reputation and ensure that every guest is treated with the care and professionalism they rightfully deserve. GGuest UserThe room had air conditioning, which worked perfectly. The hotel's location is also fantastic, making it super convenient to get around with two subway stations nearby. They offer luggage storage at the front desk, and the service was excellent; we felt completely comfortable leaving our room keys with them every day when we went out, without any concerns.

I was a bit anxious beforehand since it was a trip with just me and my two daughters in a completely new country and city—but everything turned out perfectly!
The daily breakfast was absolutely delicious and gave us a fresh, energetic start every morning. The hotel is conveniently located near three subway stations, making it easy to get to and from the airport and the Eurostar station—no need for taxis at all.

PPhilaI stayed at this hotel for a few nights and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I checked in after midnight following a long day of travel and, being exhausted, didn’t double-check whether I’d been given the room I actually paid for. The next morning, I woke up early for a 5am bike tour and noticed something felt off, but I was too tired to fully process it. When I returned from the tour and tried to nap, I was woken by loud noise from the hallway, followed by a call from reception saying someone needed to come into my room to fix the air conditioning—something I wasn’t even aware was an issue. I was half-asleep but let them in because they insisted.
The next morning, I was woken up again—this time by very loud noise from the room next door. I finally checked my booking on Trip.com and realized I hadn’t been given the room I reserved, which included a city view. I went to reception and explained the issue. The man at the front desk told me very bluntly that the hotel prioritizes placing families in rooms next to each other and that, because I was traveling alone, I was not a priority. That’s why I didn’t get the room I paid for.
This was extremely disappointing—not only because I didn’t receive what I booked, but also because of the lack of communication and the way the situation was handled. I understand that room adjustments happen, but to downgrade a guest without informing them, then justify it by saying they’re “not a priority” is simply unacceptable.
The location is great, but unfortunately, the service and disregard for guest comfort left me feeling very unwelcome.

GGuest UserThis is a great hotel in a fantastic location, a few minutes walk from Gare Du Nord.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and we had a good night's sleep.
A couple of things to be aware of relating to a recently renovated room on the TOP floor:
- The sloping roof is very low on one side so when you get up from the bed you end up bumping your head.
- there is no mirror in the main part of the room, only in the toilet / ensuite shower
- if you have luggage its tricky to get up there as the lift only goes to the 5th floor.
The above was specific to the room on the top floor, so its worth being aware of.
I would recommend this hotel for short stays noting the above. There is always someone at reception and they have been very friendly and helpful, helping us to sort out airport transfers
