Paris Hotels with Balcony

"Postives: Great location- best location that I’ve stayed for a Eurostar trip. Staff were also very friendly. Room was also clean and tidy Negatives: it would have been nice to have a small water bottle in the hotel room on arrival, even for 80 cents. Small gesture but very nice. The keycard to the room consistently stopped working at least once a day, sometimes twice a day which was highly frustrating especially given that it may take 4 mins to walk the stairs to your room and you have to get back down again. This happened to a number of guests during my stay and would have frustrated me in the long term. This needs to be resolved"

"Facilities: The room was exactly as pictured, quite small. There was barely enough space to open one suitcase, and definitely no room for two. However, the bathroom was surprisingly spacious, especially compared to the room itself. There's a tiny elevator that can only fit one person and one suitcase at a time. Environment: The soundproofing wasn't great, but honestly, I feel like many buildings in Paris have similar soundproofing issues. After a long day of sightseeing, I was so exhausted I'd just crash and sleep, so I didn't really notice any noise. The hotel's location is fantastic; public transport and dining options are incredibly convenient, which is a big plus. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was much better than I expected. I honestly thought it would be a bit dirty and had low expectations, but it turned out to be quite decent. Service: The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly. On a side note, the hotel breakfast was genuinely very good! All the bread was delicious, the yogurt was tasty, and the coffee was even better. To be honest, we stayed at two hotels in Paris, and the baguette and croissants at the other 4-star global chain hotel weren't as good as this small hotel's breakfast, and neither was the coffee. This unexpectedly delicious breakfast really added a lot of points to my overall impression of this hotel!"

"Convenient location for tourists and a beautiful view from the window! The staff is excellent — polite and very friendly. Breakfasts are outstanding, with plenty of everything available in any quantity. They provide unlimited access to drinking water, including mineral water! In hot weather, this is a fantastic bonus! The rooms are clean and comfortable, the internet is good, and there’s free luggage storage."

"The hotel is located in a residential area. Very quiet and grocery stores and bakeries in the area. Easy connections for travel to the city center, tram T2 from Belvedere station (5 min walking) to La Defense subway station and M1 to the city. Clean rooms, clean and spacious bathroom. The only downside was the chairs aspect (studio apartment), the upholstery was damaged and I don’t understand why they didn’t fix it. It’s a minor issue but with high impact when you enter the room. Otherwise, everything perfect."

He even shared wonderful tips about touring around Paris, which made my stay even more memorable. Matthew and the rest of the team were equally friendly and attentive, creating a warm and caring atmosphere that’s rare to find. The hotel itself is spotless and beautifully maintained. What I love most is that it doesn’t feel like staying in a hotel—it feels like returning home. The lighting, soft background fragrance, and perfectly balanced temperature make every corner comfortable and inviting. Small touches like freshly brewed coffee and delicious cakes add to the charm, turning simple moments into special memories. The location is also ideal—just steps away from public transport, shops, and great restaurants, making it perfect for exploring the city with ease. My entire experience here was exceptional from star1t to finish. The warmth of the staff, the cozy ambiance, and the thoughtful details make this hotel stand out in every way. It’s more than just a place to sleep—it’s a place to feel welcomed, cared for, and truly at peace. I already miss it and the wonderful people like Flo and Matthew. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Paris!"

"Early check-in wasn't allowed, so I wandered around like a lost person, but the hotel was kept very clean throughout my five-night stay, and towels were always changed. It was a great stay during my stay in Paris."

"The night and day receptionist were very nice and helpful, room, bathroom and environment very clean and modern. Location very close to a tram stop, suitable for easy short travel to and from Paris Orly airport, easy access to bus stops from hotel, tram close to hotel runs every 7 mins to connect to rail station that takes you to and from Paris city center and other locations making it very easy to return to hotel after a late night out. Breakfast options a bit limited otherwise I really enjoyed my stay."

"Exceeded my expectations! I love Paris! Even though the hotel room was really small – I couldn't even fully open a 26-inch suitcase – and I specifically booked a room with a balcony, it didn't matter. These things didn't detract from the beauty of Paris. The staff were friendly and enthusiastic. When we bought food from Monoprix in the evenings to bring back to the room, they always helped us heat it up in the microwave. We could also refill our bottles with tap water ourselves. The only minor downside was being woken up by the fire alarm at around 3 AM one night. Everyone in the hotel ran down the stairs. That night was quite a scare..."

"The hotel is very central with a lot of cafe nearby. Quite street and friendly host. They’d accommodate to our requests prior to arrival. Beautiful unit with balcony facing the Parisian street. Just that theres a shortage of drinking water during our stay, and unfortunately only 1 bottle is complimentary to each room."

"Wonderful stay with exceptional staff and facilities We had a truly lovely stay and felt welcomed from the very beginning. Islam was incredibly friendly and helpful during check-in, and he went above and beyond by guiding us to amazing places and restaurants around Paris ! every recommendation was absolutely fantastic ! A special thank you as well to Mr. Patrick (BH). He was such a wonderful person with a genuinely kind personality. Our conversations were truly pleasant, and I only wish they didn’t have to end a very memorable presence. The facilities were excellent, clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you so much for the beautiful experience. I would definitely come back again 🤍"
