Overall we enjoyed our stay. It was a lovely hotel. Unfortunately when we arrived, we found the toilet hadn't been cleaned at all, but we were moved to a new room swiftly and given vouchers for a free drink at the bar each. This was the only main negative. Some little improvements we would have liked; a fridge in our room, also milk and a carafe maybe so we can fill it up with water. The staff were great, very helpful, and we enjoyed the club area downstairs, especially the free coffee, cak and nibbles. We went in there every day. The hotel is a bit far out, but well connected via main roads. We would recommend, though I think next time we'd stay closer to Central Paris.

We recently stayed at your hotel and had a short but pleasant visit. The staff was welcoming, and we appreciated the overall atmosphere. However, we would like to share some constructive feedback regarding the room we stayed in. As a four-star hotel located close to the Champs-Élysées, we expected a higher standard. The room would benefit from an upgrade, particularly the furniture, which appeared worn and showed clear signs of use. This is a great hotel in a safe and convenient location, with easy access to public transportation. The room was clean and comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the bedding was fresh and clean. Breakfast was also decent and worth having. The staff were always available, friendly, and helpful, and they were able to communicate in English, which was very convenient. The only downside was that the bathtub in the triple room was a little cramped. Also, there was no complimentary bottled water in the room. Shampoo, body wash, were provided, but you may want to bring your own additional toiletries. There were plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, and shops nearby, so the location was very convenient overall. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Excellent location with very friendly, helpful, and service-oriented staff. The hotel offers breakfast served directly to your room at no extra charge, which adds a thoughtful touch. The breakfast fee itself is 25 Euros. Amenities are very good and contribute to a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options. The hotel has a fantastic location, very close to the metro, making it easy to get around the city. It’s also conveniently near the Eiffel Tower. The surrounding area felt very safe and pleasant. Overall, a wonderful experience—I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I found the room to be clean, air condition works well especially during the heat wave, and the staffs to be very friendly. The hotel is close to several metro lines, good eateries and grocery stores. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Hygiene: It was alright, the bathroom was very small but had everything you needed, so it was clean. Facilities: It was so small you could barely turn around, and a suitcase could only just about open fully. Service: You had to leave your key at the front desk when you went out, and the elevator would be full with just one person and two suitcases. The location was actually quite good. There's a supermarket right outside to the left, and a nice breakfast cafe a bit further down. The area also felt very safe.

A decent, basic hotel. The room was a bit small but air-conditioned and well soundproofed. The bathroom, especially the shower stall, was really tiny; a 182 cm man could just about wash his toes without opening the door. It's conveniently located a bit off-center from Paris, with a couple of metro stations nearby, making it easy to get to the city center and the airport/train stations. Good value for money.
