Great
EewanrWonderful experience at the hotel. Professional teams willing to help with any request. Room and decor immersive an incredibly high quality. The hotel brings you into its world. Had a wonderful time with my mother staying in the triple room and a great breakfast. Thanks so much to the whole team for making this special stay memorable !
NNooshinThe room is really clean and nice but a little small, if you need the cleaning each day just need to mention that. the location is great just 4 minutes walk to champs Elyse, also one minute walk to metro station line 9, you can buy the t+ tickets and use the metro then if you want to go the outside the Paris like Versailles by the RER line which you need to buy another ticket. The breakfast was good, we didn’t book the room with breakfast but one day during the stay there we try to eat breakfast and pay 25 euros per each person. The room has one bottle of water for free. Also inside the room includes kettle, some coffee and tea. It makes a good staying in the Paris 👌

Great
MManishSinghOur stay at Le Grand Quartier was exceptional and easily one of the best parts of our Paris trip.
The hotel strikes the perfect balance between modern design and Parisian charm. The rooms were thoughtfully designed—stylish, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious by Paris standards. Everything felt clean, fresh, and well-maintained, with attention to detail that really elevates the experience.
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is fantastic, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. My family and I loved it; we booked two rooms for two nights. However, the reception staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming. We discovered that the rooms were on the top floor and were always cold because the air conditioning was inadequate. There was also a persistent unpleasant odor in the hallways. What bothered me most was the lack of water in the rooms, except for the minibar, which contained two bottles. After using them, the attendant asked us to pay for them. When checking out, they asked me how many bottles of water I had used. I said two because I realized I had to pay 5 euros for a small bottle, which is exorbitant. After paying and checking out, the receptionist announced that they had discovered I had used three bottles, not two, as if I had stolen a bottle of water. I booked two rooms with three beds each; we were a family, and one of my children might have used the hotel water without me noticing. I paid a considerable sum for the hotel, and the bottle of water was a small price to pay.

GGuest UserFantastic location and a superb breakfast. The only minor issue was that we were celebrating a birthday during our stay, but the hotel didn't provide any special recognition.

Great
GGuest UserClean and functional. Family of 3 adults. Friendly staff. Bathroom / shower was small. Appreciate shelving and hooks in bathroom. There is a blow dryer. Body wash/ shampoo combined. If you’re fussy, bring your own. No hair conditioner, no body lotion.
Excellent breakfast, our favourite.
They had foosball table and ping pong, which we did not use. There is a gym that we did not use for our one night stay. Very close to metro. Great that it’s 2 minutes to Bercy Village and Park. About 15 minutes walk to bus terminal.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe staff were extremely kind and helpful! All three team members gave me tons of useful local information, including subway guidance, directions, tour tips, and safety advice. Their support made my Paris trip truly wonderful and seamless.
I was a bit anxious beforehand since it was a trip with just me and my two daughters in a completely new country and city—but everything turned out perfectly!
The daily breakfast was absolutely delicious and gave us a fresh, energetic start every morning. The hotel is conveniently located near three subway stations, making it easy to get to and from the airport and the Eurostar station—no need for taxis at all.
AAnonymous UserReception staff are rude and impatient. They exhibited lack of professionalism and engaged in an altercation with me when I tried to ask questions about extending my stay by a couple more days. They actually told me to go somewhere else. They claimed that my card did not work for enable a preauthorization and that I had paid a low rate. When I suggested to swipe or give them cash, the lady receptionist did not want to do it. She kept saying we could try later. When the male receptionist came on the shift later in the day, he said I needed to pay cash and that they were fully booked and could not give me two more days before my departure as my schedule had changed. Even if they think they are fully booked, it is only because of the location and that people need somewhere to stay. Nothing professional in their conduct. I was booked for only one more extra night instead of the two that I had requested for the 17th of July. How unfortunate that I had to stand up for myself as they tried to make me feel unwelcome for them to even consider giving me an extra night upon my return from Italy. They need to calm down.
GGuest UserThe hotel room was very spacious and good value for money. You could even see the Eiffel Tower from the balcony right outside the window. It's just a few minutes' walk from the hotel, and there are two metro stations nearby, making it super convenient to get anywhere, including the Louvre, Champs-Élysées, and Galeries Lafayette, all within ten minutes. Plus, there's a popular bakery downstairs!
FFloramengmengHygiene: It was alright, the bathroom was very small but had everything you needed, so it was clean.
Facilities: It was so small you could barely turn around, and a suitcase could only just about open fully.
Service: You had to leave your key at the front desk when you went out, and the elevator would be full with just one person and two suitcases.
The location was actually quite good. There's a supermarket right outside to the left, and a nice breakfast cafe a bit further down. The area also felt very safe.
