"My stay here was absolutely perfect, and I just have to rave about this hotel! The entire experience was fantastic, from the service to the amenities – everything was so comfortable. It's definitely going on my list of regular hotels. I especially have to commend Rosie at the front desk! I had a little hiccup during my stay; I arrived late and, in my rush to leave, accidentally lost my booking confirmation text. Plus, there were a lot of guests checking in that day, which made me quite anxious. Rosie was incredibly gentle and patient throughout, not showing a hint of impatience. She quickly helped me verify my information and process my check-in. When she learned I had traveled a long distance, she thoughtfully informed me about breakfast times, elevator locations, and free parking details. She even proactively recommended a quiet room on a higher floor. Her attention to detail, gentle demeanor, and professionalism instantly melted away my travel fatigue. The hotel's overall environment is also outstanding. The lobby is clean and tidy, with a fresh and upscale fragrance. The public areas are meticulously maintained, and the lighting creates a gentle and soothing atmosphere. The guest room experience exceeded my expectations even further. The room was spacious and airy with excellent natural light. The bedding was clean, soft, fluffy, and incredibly comfortable – perfect for unwinding. The bathroom had excellent separation of wet and dry areas, and the toiletries were neatly arranged and comprehensive. The hot water supply was stable and quick, and the Wi-Fi was fast and smooth, making it perfect for working without any lag. Breakfast offered a rich variety of options, with both Chinese and Western dishes available. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were authentic. The fruit and desserts were also fresh, catering to diverse tastes. The hotel parking was convenient, making travel stress-free. Overall, this hotel offers meticulous service, excellent facilities, and great value for money. A special thank you to Rosie for her warm and attentive service, which made the entire check-in process exceptionally comfortable. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the city, and I sincerely recommend it to all fellow travelers!"

"After checking out from the Conrad, I moved to the Grand Hyatt Shenyang on the same day and was immediately impressed by its superb location! Downstairs is the MixC shopping mall, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Getting around and finding food was a breeze. I also happened to notice the Northeastern cuisine restaurant inside the hotel when taking the elevator, and the authentic taste was surprisingly amazing – highly recommended! The hotpot restaurant opposite the hotel was equally outstanding and worth a try. The hotel service was absolutely impeccable. I especially want to commend Dino, who was professional, thoughtful, and amiable. His gentle and kind demeanor, combined with his good looks and excellent service, really made my stay. The room type he arranged for me was fantastic, and my overall impression of him was through the roof! The hotel's swimming pool is spacious and grand, and the changing rooms are equipped with a sauna. The sauna room itself is open and not cramped, making it very comfortable to use. Breakfast maintained the consistent high standard of the Hyatt brand; the bread station was a highlight, and the quality of other dishes was solid. The overall experience far exceeded that of comparable Hilton hotels. All in all, staying at the Grand Hyatt in Shenyang will definitely not disappoint. While it may not be the tallest or most expensive hotel in the city, it excels in its thoughtful and worry-free approach, full of little details that made my entire stay comfortable and refreshing. I would choose to stay here again on my next visit!"
