"Huge thanks to Serena at the front desk for upgrading my room! She was so kind and thoughtful, even arranging a welcome gift for me. It included disposable mouthwash, disinfecting wipes, and a steam eye mask, which was a real lifesaver and helped me get some good sleep on the plane! The hotel room was large and spacious, and the cleanliness was excellent. While the decor might be a bit 'old-school executive,' it's incredibly practical and well-equipped – definitely a Sheraton. In the afternoon, I also visited the gym and pool. Though compact, they had everything I needed: a wide range of gym equipment and a large pool where I enjoyed a few refreshing laps. My favorite part was the lobby; the high ceilings and dome design were truly grand and created a very open and airy feel. A stroll in the garden was also lovely; the meticulously maintained lawn instantly lifted my spirits. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the value for money was excellent. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I have an early morning flight."

The space is clean, bright, and well-maintained, making for an excellent workout experience. The overall ambiance of the hotel is elegant, and the service quality meets five-star standards. Everything was very satisfying, making Grand Hyatt Shenyang an excellent choice for accommodation during travel."
