AAnonymous UserI am a customer living in 407 on 9th of November in Holiday Inn Express & Suites Calgary NW - University Area, an IHG Hotel.
. I am writing to complain the lady on the front desk. She treated me not respectful. When we checked in, I am asking if we have hot spring, she replied several what? And correct me “hot tub” such as I am lack of knowledge.
Later, I want to use Landry room and change dollars with them. They gave me several two dollars, and the washing machines only accept 1 dollars, which they should have known at first place. So I went back to the front desk to ask for 1 dollars again. And at that time. There is one guy lining in front of another front desk server. And the lady was answering the phone. So I naturally stood in front of her desk and waited for her. And I asked her to change 1 dollars for me since they didn’t know. And then she asked me” don’t u notice there is a line? You should wait after it.” So I was so embarrassed to find out I cut in line.
So if she is really mindful about me cutting in line, Why not telling me to wait after? Or just remind me in a more respectful way assuming I really don’t know there is a line? Either way will have same effect and I would be acknowledged in a not embarrassing way. And again, the washing machine only accept 1 dollar and they did not know, is their job dereliction.
I am very concerned how your service match up with your high level of fees.

GGuest UserThe service was excellent, but for $440 a night the bed and pillows were not that comfortable. We were in a hurry to leave so didn’t stop for breakfast and had hoped to grab a piece of fruit to take with us but didn’t see any.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious, and the front desk service was excellent. They even provide complimentary toothbrushes and toothpaste, which you can simply request at the front desk. Its location is extremely convenient for visa applications, as it's very close to both the Japanese and Chinese Embassies.

MMichelle BillingtonI always enjoy my stay at Deerfoot Inn & Casino. The purpose of my trip was to hang out with my sister and catch up on our lives. The deluxe queen room was spacious and welcoming. I found a stain on the top sheet when the cover topper fell away. Just looked like a coffee stain, but jeez?! We went down to the buffet for supper, and the prime rib and scalloped potatoes were delicious, as well as the other entries. After we ate, we sat in the lounge next to the restaurant. I loved the big, comfortable chairs we chose to sit on. When I got up to use the ladies' room, my hips were out of sorts for several steps because the chairs are sitting too low. May I suggest they update the furniture as I noticed other older guests having the same issue.

GGuest UserCheck in was made very easy! Rooms are big and renovated. They have great wifi and it was clean. Pool was great and fun only downside on the weekend was having to book an hour time slot to use the pool. Would book again!

The air conditioner is not easy to operate
In the morning, I want to make a coffee with a coffee machine and open the back of the water. It is full of dust. Should this be changed?
Hygienic: The sanitary details are not good, especially the coffee machine is not cleaned, it is all gray

BBikramLocation is perfect just near to lRT station overall it was good but i use trip.com to book from my debit card and they confirm my booking but while i went there for check in the guy there told me i have to use my credit card for the deposit which I don’t have but i told i will pay cash for deposit and they can check room while we check out unfortunately he refused and said company policy only accept credit card which I don’t have and than i have to call my friend and use his credit card and signed authorisation from mail and sent other proof which took almost more than hour. Incase if I don’t have my friend with credit card they would have refuse me to check in and I would be sleeping on the street. The thing I don’t understand is why did they accept my booking while i use my debit card and why can’t they accept cash as deposit because not every traveler has credit card. It was very disappointing

I would just suggest to please have an available luggage cart specially for families to used.
Specially if the guest is looking for it and hopefully someone could have an initiative to find it.

VV100StranFar from the best hotel, but more or less clean, the beds are comfortable. There are a lot of migrants, a strange contingent. Breakfast is good, there are waffles, omelettes, yogurt, etc. Basically, that's enough. There is own parking, one day it was difficult to find a space, other days it was free. Compared to other hotels in Calgary, the prices are still ok, although in our opinion, it should be cheaper
