GGuest UserI stayed here for a short time. I felt that the bed was a bit too soft, but everything else was fine. The wifi was very good. The hotel itself did not have a restaurant, but the restaurant in the hotel next door was OK. I didn't expect much in the way of fine food and drink in North America, but the quantity was enough.

GGuest UserFarther from downtown than anticipated, but that was my fault for not checking that out beforehand. Still, I used the airport shuttle to get back to the airport and from there I could get a train to downtown.

GGuest UserThings are just wore out. Hole in bathtub patched poorly with caulking, tub faucet dripped nonstop, shower curtain was stained, duvets on both beds were badly yellowed, no longer white, had stains & were torn in multiple places.

GGuest UserSatisfied with the service from this hotel they change and re-arrange the room every day even without requesting it. Breakfast was good as well and you will never see an empty display from the buffet room. Highly recommended this place.

GGuest UserVery good hostel, all the necessary facilities and services are available, the staff is professional and polite, and the transportation and shopping are convenient, which makes my trip to Calgary comfortable. If there is any disadvantage, it is that there is only one charging socket in each room, which is very inconvenient. It would be better if there were sockets installed in each bed. In addition, it would be more perfect if there were privacy curtains for the beds.

GGuest UserNice enough room for the price. I only stayed for a night but the guy on reception was welcoming on checking in and the room had all of the required amenities for a short stay. The location is just outside of town so will require transport of some kind to get to the centre. Chinook was the closest CTrain stop and around a 15 minute walk.
