I had a wonderful stay at Nature Home near downtown. The location is absolutely perfect, very close to great restaurants and incredibly convenient for catching tour bus pickups. The entire place was spotless, comfortable, and felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again!

V V HThe hotel just 5 minutes taxi from the airport. The room was big and facilities were enough for travelers. The shuttle to the airport was convenient and the front desk staff was kind and helpful. Room was clear and also had a small kitchen. Really recommend!

I had a good stay at Comfort Inn & Suites University. The location is very convenient, right near the Banff Trail CTrain station, which made getting around Calgary super easy.
The front desk staff was helpful and friendly, and I really appreciated being allowed to check in early. That small gesture set a positive tone for the stay.
The room itself was okay — functional but showing its age. The furniture felt a bit old and rusty, and the ventilation system made some noise. On the plus side, the toilet was clean and well equipped, which I value highly.
The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast. The scrambled eggs and waffles were amazing — honestly, if I return, it would be for the breakfast alone!
Overall, a good experience. With some updates to the rooms, this hotel could easily be a standout option in Calgary.

Guest UserVery nice hotel. Room was very clean. Wi-FI is excellent!!! TV is more on a small size, but cable includes sports chancels! Beds comfortable enough. Lots of pillows. Keurig coffee maker is a blast. Breakfast excellent Everything you need for a comfortable stay. A little far from train, but you can use a bus. If you travel by car, there is no problem at all. Very convenient location very close to shopping mall.

SHYeoWith the price I would say the hotel are excellent. Come with free parking and breakfast. I booked because of the reviewed are not bad and price reasonable. After leaving the hotel and realised that how convenient this hotel location can be since it is beside the meet up point for one day tour to lake Louise and lake Moraine. We do not require to stay in Banff(much more expensive) to explore the lake at all. In fact I wonder why no one ever mentioned in their reviewed before. By the way, within walking distance there is restaurants with good google reviews that worth to explore too.

This motel is not Econo Lodge in & suites university. Which we stayed also, and was much better than this one (econo lodge motel village).
The room was small and the bathroom smelled unpleasant. The smell came from the shower curtain, which touches the bath tub water. When taking a shower, the water doesn't drain as fast so your feet end up soaking in that water along with the smelly fabric shower curtain. Also, the bath was weirdly higher than the ground so be very careful when getting in. During our stay, there were several bugs that found their way into our room during the night (Mosquitos, flies). The buzzing sound prevented us to sleep so we had to kill the bugs and go back to sleep each time. We also had problems with our room key, we had them replaced several times and you have to slide the card quite a few times before it unlocks. I think it's loose and you need to get the exact right angle, which is annoying when you have your hands full. I recommend the other econolodge situated behind this one. The staffs here are very friendly. For breakfast, they offered coffee, tea but without lids. There's bread and juice served in a solocup (but u can just use the coffee cup). There were muffins. If you have allergies, I suggest you to bring your own food. The price for this motel vs the other econolodge were the same. We try to avoid staying at the same place for our whole trip in case we don't like our room but we ended regretting not booking the other econolodge for our entire trip.

Guest UserNice enough room for the price. I only stayed for a night but the guy on reception was welcoming on checking in and the room had all of the required amenities for a short stay. The location is just outside of town so will require transport of some kind to get to the centre. Chinook was the closest CTrain stop and around a 15 minute walk.
