無論是剛進門給人的感覺，還是入住的體驗都很棒，酒店有專門的車送你到房間都是耐心到了極致，剛進門接待也是熱心的服務入住後會問你是否有什麼不好的體驗，真的能感覺到了無與倫比的舒適感和温馨感，酒店的活動也很多非常豐富充實生活一整天，直視玉龍雪山這種感覺非常棒，住過雲南這麼多酒店服務絕對名列前茅，甚至可以説第一也不為過。

多年前坐飛機看航空雜誌被種草，這次終於有機會來體驗一下。環境位置沒的説，安靜、漂亮、正對玉龍雪山。服務也很好，管家隨時可以聯繫溝通問題，説房間有味道還給放了凈化器。早餐也不錯，關鍵坐在餐廳環境很好。除了設施老舊了。 Ps：酒店含的旅拍非常棒！不是敷衍應付的三五張，關鍵酒店環境也好，拍出來真的很漂亮！
