Stayed in for the weekend and cannot fault the staff for friendly service and helpfulness. Parking and access to the building excellent and plenty of places to eat all meals close by. Beds linen clean and beds comfortable and peaceful for good nights sleep

Great experience at this Travelodge! Really friendly staff and excellent customer service. Extra special thank you to Karen for giving me a decaf tea when there wasn’t any in my room. Big thank you to the team for speedy support on fixing my bathroom light too

We have stayed here many times so, obviously, we are very happy with the staff and the hotel. It's very convenient for us to attend music gigs and cycling events.

Really wonderful staff here, every staff member has been helpful and kind to myself and my daughter since we arrived especially Karen. A big thank you to all the team and would highly recommend this travelodge for a place to stay in Lincoln..

Our room had a bad smell, we think from the bathroom. The bathroom floor had a 'hump' in it and the beds were very un-comfortable. The outside looked shabby with the Travelodge sign vanished due to being old and there was rubbish scattered about. The staff however were very helpful and friendly but that was the only good thing about it.

Stayed at Travelodge Lincoln thorpe on the hill on business. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Hotel was very clean and well maintained. In particular reception staff Carrie and Karen were more than willing to go out of there way to accommodate any needs.

Great service, lovely clean rooms with lots of space! Karen got us booked in swiftly after a long shift in Lincoln… definitely returning to this spot when we work here again!!! All you need is in the rooms from tea, coffee towels etc, even decaf coffee for people like me!

I had a fantastic stay! The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was clean and cozy, and the amenities were top-notch. Great location, too! Highly Recommended for a relaxing getaway. If I could afford to stay here permanently I would.

Great service. Karen's the best!!! Clean fresh smelling rooms and great polite staff. Will definitely be returning. I think that this hotel should have 5 stars just for the service and attitude provided by the staff. Amazing, friendly, welcoming.
