this hotel has an excellent location. While having breakfast on the terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake. the rooms are spacious and clean. I'll be happy to come back here again.

Wenn man am Bodensee ist, sollte man einmal Bodenseefelchen essen. Wir entscheiden uns für das Restaurant Reutemann direkt an der Uferpromenade. Natürlich den Platz und den Blick auf den See muss man mitbezahlen, aber man wird auch mit einer hervorragenden Variation dieses Bodenseefisches belohnt. Für die große Portion mit Getränk zahlt man ca 40 €. Minimales Manko, der Kellner hat nicht einmal gefragt ob es geschmeckt hat, na ja wahrscheinlich hat er es einfach gewusst.

I stayed here in 2022 and was eager to return. However, service seems to be slipping. Last time all the staff were customer focused, eager to assist. Rooms had mini bars. This stay - not so much. We had a waiter who didn’t know the menu yet he had been there a couple months. He bumped into me while setting a plate down. Never had that before at any restaurant. The restaurant manager didn’t seem too eager to listen to my comments. (Truly I was not a Karen, I was letting him know because you can’t fix things you don’t know about). The rooms are very nice. Bedding is great. Mini fridge is there but no snacks or wine. You can’t just relax before dinner unless you go to a store and pick up things for yourself. Not worth the price this time.

Wir kommen schon seit vielen Jahren auf die Terrasse vom Hotel Reutemann, in den letzten Jahren war der Service immer sehr freundlich! Deswegen ließ ich mich von meiner Freundin zum Geburtstag dorthin einladen. Es kam ein äußerst mürrischer Kellner, wir wollten Getränke und Essen bestellen, beim Essen schnitt er uns das Wort ab und meinte, er sei gerade erst gekommen und mit dem Essen sollen wir noch warten! Es war schon 12:00 Uhr?? Wir wollten aus der Karte mit Papier Inlay bestellen, da stand 12 bis 13:45 Uhr - er meinte, wir sollen von der anderen Karte bestellen. Hier gibt’s von der Karte heute gar nichts. Erst ab 19:00 Uhr. Das hätte er auch freundlicher sagen können, jedoch setzt sich der mürrische Ton fort! Als es zum bezahlen kam, meinte er: nur Bargeld!! Meine Freundin meinte, sie hätte nur eine Karte da und nicht genug Bargeld, wieder eine sehr mürrische Reaktion - er ging hinein und kam mit einer Bargeldrechnung - wieder meinte meine Freundin - ich hab nicht genug Bargeld und auf einmal ging die Karte doch! Normalerweise sind wir immer sehr großzügig mit Trinkgeld, wir sind auch freundlich geblieben jedoch Trinkgeld gab es keines!!

Wir wollten während unserem Urlaub hier Abendessen. Das Personal war unkompetent und unfreundlich! Der Kellner hat uns zur Kollegin geschickt! Sie hat uns einen Platz ganz hinten angeboten!, da wo nicht reserviert war. Nach 10 Minuten sind wir gegangen, weil uns keiner bedienen wollte !

Seit mehr als 20 Jahren, kehre ich im Restaurant Reutemann ein,mindestens 5 bis 7 Mal!! Früher immer sehr freundlicher Service!! Leider müssen wir feststellen, dass der Service von Jahr zu Jahr schlechter wird!! Zuletzt erlebt am Samstag 6. JULI 2024, eine absolute Katastrophe!! Unfreundlich, gleichgültig und keine Wertschätzung gegenüber dem Gast!!! Das allerletzte!! Für lange Zeit werden wir einen großen Bogen um dieses Restaurant machen und auch definitiv niemanden empfehlen dort einzugehen!!!
