Posto sperduto e per di più fanno tutti i sofisticati manco fosse un hotel al centro di catania, siamo stati l'anno scorso per il percorso benessere niente di tanto eccezionale ma la cosa che da più fastidio è che non rispondono al telefono mai, sicuramente non torneremo.

Bel hôtel perdu dans la montagne sur la route de l'Etna. La bâtisse de l'hôtel est certainement une ancienne demeure rénovée (un peu trop) à laquelle un bâtiment a été ajouté. Le hall est plutôt froid avec un petit bar. La chambre (Junior suite) est jolie, sobre, très bien équipée (Nespresso, vin, eau, mignardises) avec une magnifique baignoire. La piscine extérieure (non chauffée) est grande avec de jolis oliviers et quelques transats. Le spa propose des soins et possède un hammam, un sauna et une petite piscine avec des jets hydromassants. Attention toute fois le spa étant très petit il faut réserver un créneau pour y avoir accès. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est gastro donc les prix sont assez élevés mais la qualité de la cuisine vaut le coup. Optez pour la formule demi-pension qui permet pour 75€ par personne d'avoir 4 plats et un dessert. Comptez donc environ 100€ par personne pour dîner. L'équipe du restaurant est très sympa. Juste un bémol, le dernier soir, il y avait un Groupe d'une dizaine de personne qui dînaient dans le restaurant, venus avec leur guitariste et leur chanteur, au bout d'une heure tout le monde s'est mis à danser, chanter etc ce qui n'est pas concevable lorsque des dizaines de personnes à côté dinent en tête à tête, l'hôtel dispose de salle annexe où ce genre de Groupe aurait dû être installé. Donc pour conclure si vous bookez cet hôtel (comme nous) dans le cadre d'une offre promotionnel allez y le rapport qualité/prix est bon, par contre sinon cela ne vaut pas le prix. il s'agit plus d'un 4* que d'un 5* alors que les prix sont largement ceux d'un 5*.

Accueil , personnel,barman inventif , personnel d’étage ,aucune fausse note . Hôtel niché dans un parc très bien entretenu agrémenté d’une très belle piscine. Restaurant au top ; peut-être un snacking serait apprécié . Hôtel loin de toutes grandes villes , parfait pour un séjour reposant .

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights over a weekend at Villa Neri. We had a wonderful time. The front desk staff were all fantastic, helping us out with whatever we needed. They arranged the wine tasting at their vineyard across the road which we both really enjoyed and they can arrange pretty cheap shipping within Europe/Uk which we took advantage of. Most people had a car and that makes sense as the nearest town is 2 miles way and there are no footpaths. We however did a day hike at My Etna where the tour company picked us from hotel one day and a massage and wine tasting on the other so did not need one other that to get to and from the airport. Thoroughly recommend,

Excellent hôtel, service impeccable ! Parc et jardin parfaitement entretenus. Dommage : un seul restaurant gastronomique...pas de restaurant bistronomique car tous les jours un diner gastronomique est exagéré. Mais très content de notre séjour!

Personale gentile ed accogliente, professionale ed altamente empatico. Un particolare elogio a Leo il barman che ci ha fatto degustare cocktails fantastici ed in particolare il suo Negroni rivisitato che consiglio vivamente di provare . Ristorante ottimo dal servizio attento e curato in tutti i particolari.Spa funzionale , dotata di tutti i comforts. Oasi di pace e benessere da rivisitare sicuramente

The resort was situated in the middle of vineyards and olive groves. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our bedroom was spacious with a balcony overlooking Mt Etna. As it was the end of the season it was relatively quiet and we often had the whole pool area to ourselves. We intentionally did not hire a car but due to the location if you are planning exploring the locality a rental car would be essential. We did a trip to Taormina and Mt Etna which the staff organised efficiently. The breakfasts were sumptuous and the poolside lunch menu was also excellent. The main restaurant in the evening is a gourmet restaurant serving beautifully cooked meals, however if you are staying for more than 1 night the menu remains the same so can become repetitive. We overcame this by ordering from the room service menu. We did not make use of the Spa. All in all we had a wonderful and much needed relaxing break

Abbiamo deciso di fare un weekend qui e il posto non ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative rispetto a come si presentava sul sito. Partendo dall’inizio, al momento dell’arrivo, nessuno ci ha accolto nell’area di parcheggio per prendere i bagagli dall’auto, infatti siamo stati noi stessi a portarli fino alla reception. Entrati nella camera ci siamo accorti che il letto matrimoniale era composto da due letti singoli (assurdo per il prezzo pagato per una notte in un hotel 5 stelle), la doccia risultava molto piccola e scomoda per regolare la temperatura. La tv inoltre, non si spegneva con il telecomando e dovevamo alzarci dal letto per poterla spegnere. La colazione non è degna di un hotel a 5 stelle, in quanto avevamo chiesto delle omelette e ci è stato detto che erano a pagamento (dopo tutto quello che si paga è discutibile dover pagare per delle uova). La spa molto piccola e c’è un limite di tempo in cui poter stare che è solo di 90 min. Infine non c’è flessibilità per l’orario del check out che deve essere effettuato alle 11. Esperienza da non rifare!

Excellent hotel. Lovely setting, fantastic views, exceptionally attentive staff. Food and wine very good. Room was exceptional. The surrounding area is comparatively undiscovered and very attractive with beautiful villages, many excellent wineries and the amazing Mount Etna. Definitely stay longer next time.
