相當滿意，老闆娘見長者歲數大了特地給升級了一樓的房間，帶一個超級大露台，外面就是如畫的甌江，不出門就可以看風景。門口就是唯一的古街，晚上有燈光很熱鬧。
交通很方便，司機按導航給我們開到最近的停車場，走小路過來1分鐘，民宿正對着小路（圖1）。很方便。
早餐很豐富，哪怕整個民宿就我和老母親2個人，也給準備了一大桌子菜，簡直吃不完，吃不完
很推薦這個民宿，下次還會來。

本以入住，綜合非常滿意，首先感謝老闆娘提前為我們預留了停車位（同時也免了景區門票），點贊。房間小而精緻，臨江陽台風景絕佳，老闆娘很健談 ，人也很客氣，早餐老闆把餐食送到臨江陽台，這早餐是我吃過最心情愉快的一次，我説包子挺好吃，結果老闆娘為此打包了8個讓我帶路上吃，謝謝了，老闆和老闆娘，下次來還選擇住你這裏。

房間古色古香，乾淨衞生，訂的臨街房間，開窗就能看見古街，坐在窗前，喝着奶茶，可以休閑體驗放假的快感。老闆人很好，熱情好客。街上甜品店很多，特別一家咖啡店冰淇淋不錯。如果不想爬山，衹想懶散休假的遊客可以來玩玩
