第二次入住了，房間設施齊全，床上用品乾淨衞生，特別是酒店位置去各個景點都很方便，去文廟、駕鶴山、馬鞍山步行方便。早餐豐富乾淨。

酒店位置不好，周邊偏冷清，連好吃點的地方都找不到，建議走多幾百米處的銀泰附近更繁華，雖然柳州地方不大，但可選擇的酒店也多。。
前台服務不熱情
房間衹適合一個人住，廁所雖然也乾濕分離，但也太擠了，洗澡的玻璃門都快關不上了，胖的別來
一次性用品很差，衹能説好過沒有
早餐也很一般，豆漿淡如水，勉強吃飽吧，沒有服務。。
