Electra Kefalonia Hotel & Spa

Luxury hotel We had a truly wonderful time at Electra Kefalonia. Efi on reception is exceptional In her role and we were greeted with a warm smile everyday. Nothing is to much trouble for the Electra employees. Thank you for a delightful stay.

Lovely time the hotel is lovely. i like it that it has small number of guests, so it make it more cosy. as there are private pools there, then the main pool isn’t that busy, so i really liked it. the staff was great. Marianela from the bar was amazing. young lad who was serving us for breakfast was friendly too. the same was gor the lad called Captain. the room was spacious and had so many storage areas that was great. what was missing in our room was the drying clothes rack in the balcony. apart from that i really liked the room. bed was so comfy. wish the gym was bigger with a smith machine, but you can’t have everything 😉 at least there were dumbbells 👍 thanks again. regarding spa area, there was a lovely girl working (unfortunately i don’t remember the name) in the morning when we arrived and she explained to me all the treatments. the treatments sounded great, but the prices are very high tho. breakfast food was lovely!

Our stay at the hotel was exceptional! The friendly staff catered to our every need. It was clean and comfortable with breathtaking views from our room. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay in Kefalonia so memorable.

We loved everything about the hotel and the stay - staff in particular were absolutely wonderful, gorgeous pool and rooms were lovely. Only thing we hadn’t realised was just how close it was to the airport with planes flying right overhead. That said there were not many planes at all, maybe 7 or so a day so it wasn’t a problem.

We arrived in Kefalonia after our stays in Athens and Santorini for a relaxing change of pace. Boy did the island deliver! We booked a six-night stay at the Electra Kefalonia Hotel and Spa in Svoronata in June. It’s near the airport so it was an easy drive. We were greeted at check-in by Effie, who was delightful and very helpful, and Kosmas took care of our luggage and showed us to our room. We booked the Executive Room with Private Pool. Our room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed, large bath, seating area, desk, a flat screen tv, and coffee bar area. The patio had two sunbeds, a table and chairs, an infinity pool which we loved (!), a shaded area and a sun umbrella. The room included robes, slippers, and flip flops. It was very private and luxurious! It was perfect for a vacation from the vacation! It was convenient to Argostoli where most of our excursions started. We did need a rental car. The included breakfast was outstanding, and the open-air restaurant was pleasant and quiet. The staff were pleasant and helpful, especially Zoe, who was our friendly bartender and waitress. I do not drink and she introduced me to the Crazy Frog mocktail, which I ended up liking so much that when I’d order room service they stopped asking which drink I wanted, they already knew and brought one! We didn’t use the main pool so we can’t comment on that amenity. I did go to the spa for a massage, which was delightful. Clean, serene and tranquil. The restaurant served delicious dishes, especially the seafood. The hotel is a short walk from the rocking coast which is also beautiful. All in all, this accommodation was a wonderful respite to come back to after a long day exploring the island. We loved our room, the staff, and the location! We’d stay in this hotel again in a heartbeat as it is a great value.

A small resort bordering the airport. Not really a town or village just a few scattered shops and restaurants/tavernas. Beach not easily accessible particularly for those with even minor mobility problems. Some hotel/bed and breakfast accommodation altho those staying in srlf-catering (which was a reasonable amount) suffered most as shops poorly stocked for daily essentials (fresh bread etc).
