Walking distance from Lime Street Station and Liverpool One bus station.
A nice hotel near the Royal Albert Dock.

Fair price for a place to lay your head. Rooms are dated & do need a wee refresher. But the room had what I needed a bed bathroom kettle wifi &tv.

The hotel is located on the seaside, very close to the Albert Dock. It is a 20-minute walk to James St train station and a 15-minute walk to the city center, Liverpool Cathedral and many other attractions. It is convenient for sightseeing. Great budget hotel and location is excellent. Free parking in Liverpool is a bonus.
Noisy if on roadside but no fans in the room so windows have to be open.
Stayed a couple if times now no complaints as such.

Hotel is without lift. Have to lift up luggages up to level 3 ownself.
Hotel do not provide free concierge.
A luggae was charged at £3each to put at concierge.
