Very convenient location and nice staff. However we are not warned that the hot water for shower can only last for 30 mins, so some of us needed to bath with cold water in middle of the shower as it took another 30-45 mins to heat the water again.

The hotel location is great! The front desk clerk was also very friendly. The only misfortune was that the flushing system in the main toilet was broken and there was a blockage. Luke, the front desk clerk on duty at night, also tried to repair but could not solve the problem.
There happened to be no room to change, so the three of us (my husband, my husband and my friend) could only share the bathroom in the suite, which was very inconvenient. Luke promised to refund 20% of the room price through Trip.com as compensation, but has not yet received a notification, hoping that they will fulfill their promise.

Great location, well furnished apartment. Would recommend and use again for a shopping trip or night out to Liverpool. Great value vs others in the area.
Marked facilities low as it's an apartment so no on site facilities, however, parking was really easy and perfectly located and the apartment was fully kitted out.
The staff on site were really friendly and helpful.
