Health and Safety death trap Room furniture was new. But electric heater and fridge were not PAT tested. No fire evacuation plan was in the room. Corridor light was not working between room 7 and kitchen. Access to room through kitchen Fire door were half fitted as insulation was missing to prevent fire and smoke.

The condition of the property was extremely poor. It was so uninhabitable that my engineer refused to remain in the room, which is quite telling given that he typically stays away for extended periods. There were makeshift wooden supports under the bed, broken tiles, a lack of cleanliness, no curtains in the room, and the front door was incessantly slamming due to the comings and goings of guests. I reached out to the property management, and while they offered an alternative room, it would not be available until the following day, which was not a feasible solution for us. Consequently, we had to secure accommodations at another hotel, and we did not receive any refund from the property. Additionally, they prevented me from posting a review, necessitating my contact with *********** to share my experience.

Horrible untidy service. Our lock broke on the second night with the promise it will be fixed. This is a dangerous area and front door ws always unlocked t night.The security was dreadful. The kitchen was filthy with dirty dished and cultury in sink and nothing to wash it with. There was no light in room except big never walk alone sign. An empty jar of coffee was in room with no cup. Beds bumpy never anyone on reception

This review is based on an extremely short visit due to checking straight back out! The place is dated and feels grubby. There was a kettle in the room but no cups so what's the point of that? I thought I could maybe get a cup from the shared kitchen, but none to be found. When I spoke to the only person onsite (a cleaner) she gave me two cups, tea and coffee from another room. One of the cups was filthy. The "breakfast included" consists of a loaf of bread and a couple of packs of cereal. To top it all, for us we had to leave within about an hour of arrival, the products used to clean were so overpowering we started to actually cough from the fumes. My advice is to stay well clear of this place.

Fantastic place to stay, super close to the stadium and local shops, all within easy walking distance, rooms and kitchen clean and tidy, breakfast, teas & coffees available throughout our stay. Micheal was super friendly with our son, gave us guidance on doing the mural walk and info on the stadium. For any Liverpool fan a must stay either for a game or a stadium tour ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
