Had a great and relaxing time with my friends at the resort over the weekend. The place is located in a secluded area north of Lombok, about 90mins drive from the airport. The staff is really well trained, with attention to details. Many thanks to Pak Hamdi, Chandra, Shamsul, Wayan, Marjan, Jimmy, and many others who made our stay memorable. The food by Chef Jiwa is also amazing! We did the waterfall trekking and snorkeling arranged by the resort, and all of them are truly memorable. Thank you for a short stay in paradise!

We had a great stay because food was phenomenal and service was truly above and beyond! What I don’t like though is too many QR codes just floating around. I understand they are paperless, but I’d appreciate even just 1 copy! I also felt their messages were too long. But these are minor things for such an amazing stay!

Van bij onze aankomst vielen we van de ene in de andere verassing. De gastvrijheid , vriendelijkheid en warmte van elk personeelslid was ongelofelijk. Hier is niets wat niet kan . De chef kok maakt van iedere maaltijd een belevenis. Dit alles binnen een prachtig kader, maakte ons verblijf perfect.

This resort is clean and tidy, the team are really communicative, friendly, helpful, and ensuring that we got what we need. The dinner and breakfast setting were good with excellent view to the beach and sunrise, the food is also good. Most of all, this resort is quiet and good for relaxing with personalized service. We stayed for 8 nights in The Lombok Lodge. We were 2 adults from Switzerland. This place is fantastic. The location is right at the beach and has swimming pool. There are only a few rooms. The quality of food is extraordinary. The quality of the rooms also. But most particular is the spirit of the employees. They take so much care and are so friendly as never seen elsewhere. The hotel provides many services and helps to organize tours. It is amazing what they do and how they do. Big thank you to all employees of the lodge. This place is the right place for people seeking a quiet, high quality hotel in Lombok close to the main attractions in Gili Island.
