Nice little travelodge. Rooms a little confusing to get too as not numbered very well. Also the lift not easy to find.

I chose this hotel due to its close location to the US Embassy. Easy to get to from Euston train station via the Victoria tube line. Hotel was clean and the staff welcoming and helpful. Would use again.

It was perfect for our short walk of a commute to work in the morning. Friendly staff, clean room.

My brand new charger have been stolen, I only took my filing bag to get a visa, there's no chance I lost it. Every time I go to the front desk, I will be hung there for a long time before I solve the problem. There's no water, no shower gel, no shampoo, no hairdryer, and the paid Wi-Fi keeps going out. There was also a loud machine noise coming from nowhere in the room. And the duvet sheets have small yellow spot on it.

Nice location, with a bus stop and metro very close by. The room was nice, with decent bathroom. The bed was squeaking very bad, it made it hard for us to fall asleep. The breakfast was very basic, with not much to choose from besides English breakfast.

The location of the hotel is very good, close to the transportation hub, convenient to go anywhere, there are three supermarkets nearby for shopping, but the service is very poor, no one changes the bath towels, collects the garbage, cleans the house, the facilities are very old, the smoke detector inexplicably alarmed in the middle of the night, and no one in the hotel dealt with it

Very good, overall very good, the room is big enough, the staff is also very enthusiastic, highly recommended, the nearby transportation is also very convenient, I will choose this hotel again in the future

The bath towels are dirty, there is no hair dryer, and you have to bring your own slippers and toothbrush. But the location is really good. The bus and subway downstairs are very convenient.

Really meh. The location was good, right in front of the metro. But the room was very mediocre. It smelled of humidity. No window that opens. I actually caught bronchitis after the 5th day. We asked twice for cleaning to be done... We went out and came back and it wasn't done. We had to go and ask for the bath towels to be changed ourselves… Really blah blah. I don't really recommend it.

The location is good, just next to the subway station. The equipment is clean and tidy, but there are no slippers, no toothbrush and toothpaste.

Great stay as always. Staff make you feel welcome and are very friendly. Good to have a bar and restaurant. Close to Oval, Thames, Tourist Area and many pubs and Restaurants. Rooms good size and modern. Reasonable price and close to tube, bus and main line. Will stay again.

We usually stay in a different chain but went for the less expensive option as we needed a family room. The room was basic to say the least - not even a hairdryer - and uncomfortably hot. However the beds were comfortable although I thought with a 1 yr old we might have had a travel cot provided. The standard of cleanliness was acceptable but the room was shabby and the water took an age to run out of the sink. Breakfast was not good, rubbery scrambled eggs, dried up mushrooms, and the butter so near the hot food it was almost liquid. The staff were not helpful. We had to find a high chair for ourselves, and hunt around for cutlery as there was not enough on the table. The waiter did offer to take the chair back when we had finished though. Overall I would probably opt for a rival company in the future. You get what you pay for.
