Just my daughter and myself staying here for two nights, as she was attending music gigs. I drove here from the Hammersmith O2 and we arrived just before midnight.
No Parking signs and not clear where to park? Found a car park and drove up a ramp but wasn't sure if this was the place for ibis customers. It was dark as late. Decided to drive back down and double park outside the hotel to ask, as it was late at night. I was told it was the right place . Parked but wasn't sure where to exit to get to hotel, as there was no sign? Not keen hanging around in dark place in London and had young daughter with me! Saw a door so assumed it was a lift. Went down but ended up outside Lidls- it was closed and the door out was locked . So back up in the lift! Saw a man in a small car park cubicle box- so asked him where I should go ... he advised me to drive all the way to other side of car park and the ibis lift there. We found it and re parked . But for goodness sake put a sign up by the entry to car park!!!
1. To confirm this is the ibis car park
2. Directions at entry to drive to other side of car park to where the ibis hotel and lift are!! Advise what to do - take car park ticket to reception to get discount.
Was only £22 for 2 days which was brilliant - the hotel is central to so much . Cinema, market , gig venue and plenty of shops and eating places. The hotel itself was absolutely spotless and comfy bed . The shower hot and bathroom spotless. Towels and soap etc provided. Everything you need for a stop in London. Staff friendly and all in all a great place to stay. Will definitely stay again if any more gigs this way. Thank you 🙏
