Overall good experience and good location as it's close to the Stratford station and the mall. Cleanliness is not bad although room cleaning is at an extra cost, eventhough I stayed for 6 nights.

This hotel is our first choice when traveling to London. It is in a great location, only 5 minutes away from Stratford International station. The room is clean and tidy, and the sanitary condition is okay. There are Westfield shopping malls, M&S, Waitrose, Sainburys supermarkets, etc. nearby. We also cooked and ate here during our stay for a few days, which saved a lot. The only drawback is the weather in London. It often rains or is foggy in the morning in October, which slightly affects the travel schedule.
