The hotel is clean and tidy, and it is less than 500 meters away from my examination room, so it is very convenient and quick to get up early in the morning and go to the examination, and I can get some sleep. The hotel room is small, but still very comfortable. There are not many people, it is very quiet and you can have a good rest.

It just feels like a neighborhood motel. It's so-so. The cost-effectiveness is good. It's a good place to stay if you have memories here or if you want to feel the local feel of Hammersmith or the Thames River. This is a picture of the hotel.

I was placed in room 101, next to the lift doors. For most of the evening, I heard the door slam into it's frame; waking me often. The room had no plug sockets near the bed and, when I tried to shower in the evening, had no hot water. Whilst I was expected poor internet and a small room, I wasn't expecting a lack of hot water and a restless night.

The worst hotel stay ever, and I spend 100+ nights a year away on business. I've never met such a rude, disinterested and belligerent member of staff. Bought the meal deal but claimed the kitchen was closed. When I said is already paid she reluctantly reopened the kitchen. Tried to charge more for the meal. Gave an undersized drink. When I complained, was told to 'go away' and if I had a problem, call head office! The breakfast was completely opposite. Great friendly staff, and decent quality food.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, wonderful breakfast. Thanks to Tigist for her warmth and hospitality. Hotel is convenient for the tube station as well for shops and restaurants in and around Hammersmith. It made travelling with 3 kids a lot easier!

Valeni I’m sure here name was ! She was lovely and so accommodating, makes the best hot coco :) the hotel had comfy beds too! Food was nice 👌 And it was an easy arrival and departure. Being so close to the tube was ideal also! Very friendly staff :)

Great location, very busy as it was school holiday time but staff like Tigist were always helpful and friendly. Food was very nice and the hotel is in a great part of London, would recommend for a cost-efficient location to explore the city..

Comfortable room and good food and service. The tv had no remote and it would be nice to have plug sockets both sides of the bed! The food was great and the staff friendly, helpful and attentive. Generally, we were very happy with our stay and would come again.
