The triple room is not too small, with a private bathroom and bath towels. It is very convenient for trains and subways. There is no charge for luggage storage. The service is very warm and thoughtful

the room has a lovely window, it was nice that i could see the sunset. it’s a bit hard to adjust the shower, but the staff came to explain everything- thank you!

I will just say the conclusion first: IT IS TERRIBLE😡 The room is very tiny and totally different from the pictures in the app:eg in the picture there is a window but there isn't in the room 😭 😭 😭 most important, they charged EXTRA £120 for extra person and said this is an error from the app !!!!!!!! Honestly i will never book that hotel again
