No more than average.
Avoid booking the single room which is extremely small, very difficult to open my suitcase. Airless hallway always smells bad and very narrow to move.
Breakfast is just OK, that front lady there is very nice I liked her.
Finally I was declined by the restaurant as I didn't book, so I walked to Bailey's hotel to have my dinner which was awesome there.
I would not recommend this hotel to be honest.

You can walk to the subway station in 5 minutes. There are many restaurants next to the subway station, including a good Lebanese restaurant.
