The room got musty smell and the air conditioner suddenly cut off also the bed is too soft. We can have a good rest.

Mr. Ajeet handled my. Wedding event and did it so professionally and gracefully that we were so relaxed and stress free throughout the function and enjoyed it. The property and the staff are very professional and food decoration everything was so awesome that people who attended the wedding, till date appreciate the function. No support in any case …pathetic side …not a single queries resolve …I booked hotel in Lucknow and side wrongly picked the date when I request to cancel the booking they denied and this this happened so many time

The hotel’s location is good but rest everything is either below average or just average. The staff although polite is quite incompetent. Check-in time is 2PM and although we reached at 3.30 PM, still only one out of two rooms was given to us. We had to wait another hour for the other room that too after being told the second room will be ready in 10 minutes. The service was extremely poor we ordered milk for 2yo child and they took almost 1 hour to deliver plain hot milk and child in the meantime was hungry which was highly disappointing. Every time you call their standard reply will be “bas sir 2 min mein pahunch raha hai”. Cleanliness was below average, when we checked in bathroom was stinking and we had to call housekeeping to get the bathroom cleaned (again). The quilt was pale yellow and we had to request them to change it. There was only 1 towel in the room and for that as well we had to request one more. These small-2 things make your stay really frustrating. The food was average in taste , we ordered simple dinner with dal, roti, rice and curd and it costed us two kay which we thought was on the higher side. All in all nothing great apart from location if you are doing a transit stay.

The best thing about the hotel is thr staff, especially front desk guys. They were wonderful, value for money stay, i wish i cud have stayed longer.

The hotel is at a good location, good both in terms of service and food. This is near by of my requirement.

1. Booking was for 3 adults + 1 child. But provided only 2 small beds and 1 mattresses. Mother and child could not fit in the same bed. Mattresses was of low quality. None of the family could sleep whole night. 2. There was always delay in service. After. Multiple calls service was provided. 3. Bathroom utility valves were not in good condition. Very tight and discomfort.
