環境和設施不錯，温泉私湯點贊。服務整體也不錯，來時有水果相迎，走時有特產相送。不過半夜遇到停電，發電能力不足，應急管理可以再提高或者優化一下。

其他都還好，酒店管理制度有問題，早上起來肯定是奔着去景區的，對象點的麪等了半天給人家端走了，煮麪的阿姨不阻攔反而是讓我們再等，如果能等那我們早起來是為了什麼？

來海螺溝最正確的選擇就是定了這家酒店！不論從交通，環境，服務方面真的沒得説！來的時候人不多，商家給升級了房間，抬頭就能看到雪山。温泉是每天從山上拉回來的泉水，人少的時候基本上就是私湯，泡完還有薑茶和雪菊，特別貼心。早餐很好吃，品種豐富。店裡的小哥哥小姐姐熱情周到，賓至如歸的感覺。地理位置也沒得挑，就在主幹道上，去附近逛博物館和吃飯都很方便。屬於下次來玩，還會再來住的酒店！

首先呢，這一晚是我們一行人睡得最好的一晚，毫不誇張，我想是因為房間配有加濕機的原因，不再乾巴巴的整個人睡的特別爽，還泡了一個溫泉，把一天的疲勞都洗去了。特別推薦這一家旅館。
