The location is very good. It's very close to the city center. You don't have to walk any mountain roads. It's just a short ride to the train station. The room is very clean. It has a hot water kettle and kitchen utensils. The bed and sofa bed are large and the decoration is very modern. , we stayed on and off for three days, and our luggage was always stored here, which was very good.

Perfect !!!!! The location is fantastic close to the lakefront and the center. The apartment is also beautiful and very bright and is even better in person than in the photographs. New and with attention to every detail. It's like staying in a modern hotel suite, bathrobe, slippers, herbal tea, coffee pods and all the useful information for visiting the city and its surroundings. Gabriele has an office right inside the building and is very helpful and kind. His presence makes you feel like you are staying in a hotel. He welcomed us earlier than the check-in time, thus making our stay even more comfortable and pleasant. Each apartment has an assigned parking space in the large garage below. This makes the stay more relaxing and the apartment cheaper than other structures because it is included in the price, which is unusual for Lugano. By looking at the direct site a chat will open to ask for information. We wrote there and Gabriele replied who followed our entire booking and our stay, even leaving us a company mobile phone for any need. Stayed in this apartment hotel for 2 nights in Apr23. We spoilt the hair dryer before we checked out, but could not inform the office as we checked out very early in the morning and the office was closed. The next day, I received an email informing us that they charged CHF500 to my credit card for spoiling the hair dryer and the TV. This is ridiculous. Their email mentioned that they gave us a perfectly working TV before we checked in. How can they accuse us for spoiling the TV a few minutes after we checked into the room while they did not proof to us that the TV was working after we checked into the room. Instead, we discovered that the TV was not working, after we turned on the TV, minutes after we checked in. Immediately we called the office and shortly, one of the hotel employee came to take a look at the TV and tried working it with the remote but failed. He said he would call the technician to come. A few minutes later, another employee came and tried to work the TV, to no avail. Shortly after, she walked out of the room and came back with another lady to replace the TV.They left the room after giving us a working TV.If they have given us a working TV before we checked in, the hotel should inform us on that day, so that we can clarify and settle the matter there and then.Why are they doing it behind our back now? Emailed them several times to ask them to refund us the difference after deducting the damaged hair dryer but they did not border to reply. This is robbery!

Great property and location. Apartments were very clean and had all the amenities you would need. Communication with office staff was great and they were always available if needed.
Would definitely stay here again.
