The rooms are spacious, clean and tidy, with disposable slippers. Breakfast is OK. Very close to the train station. Can park. Going to the old town is not far away. It was a downhill road and it was quite tired. The hotel also offers a free Lugano bus card, which can be used free of charge by bus and 2/3 bus.

Convenient transportation. The train station is directly accessible by ferris wheel, breakfast is good, the lake is convenient, cost-effective, the square is just outside, and the market is also convenient for shopping. The goods here are cheaper than other cities.

Lugano's affordable hotel is very close to the center, the breakfast environment is good, there is a parking lot, and there are discounts at the restaurants next door.

Not a bad stay at this hotel. Close to all that Lagano has to offer. Lots of shopping and restaurants right behind the hotel and a very nice lake walk to the front of the hotel.The lake is Beautiful anytime but after dark all the houses around the lake light up which is nice. Room 354 offers great views of the lake and has a large bath and separate shower which is great. Breakfast is good and has a selection of meat’s eggs cheeses and pastries along with the usual fair for a buffet breakfast. Parking is a pain although they validate your parking which is good. There is a small area out front of the hotel to unload your bags which makes things easier. Not a bad stay but my only complaint was the beds! boy are they low and uncomfortable.

Comfortable well air-conditioned room; well appointed modern bathroom. Three beds ( great for us with 22 year old son). Decent breakfast with excellent service. Parking expensive at 10 Franks a day and often we got the last space. Friendly owners. Good location. We can recommend this hotel without hesitation: very reasonable prices.

The rooms are very nice and the environment is beautiful. Sitting on the balcony of the room, listening to birds, drinking a little wine, and admiring the lights of Lugano Lake and the mountain homes on the opposite side, it is really a treat. The room is equipped with an electric kettle, shampoo, and shower gel. You need to bring your own dental appliances and slippers.

Disadvantages: Hotel facilities are old, rooms are very small, air conditioning is still bad! Hygienic did not look clean. After going out at 11 o'clock in the evening, I locked the door at the hotel door. I waited for more than 10 minutes by the doorbell. No one came! I am very pleased by my 1-night stay, this is a very nice hotel, all clean, the bed is very (!) comfortable, the stuff is really friendly and of cause, speaks good English. That was an emergency stay for me, cause my friends flat didn’t have a heating, so we stayed overnight here, and we checked in after 19.00 and that was possible! The view from a balcony is stunning! In Italy just across the border prices are much higher. If you want to explore Lugano, this is your choice!
