環境設施沒得説。冰箱吃喝免費，服務態度也可以。有大浴缸。拖鞋質量好。還有瑜伽墊。
唯一個人不喜歡的就是床用的支撐力一般的床墊， 沒有頸椎問題的不影響。肯定是貴床墊，但是配上高枕頭和超級厚的羽絨被，睡上面人輕飄飄浮着，渾身肌肉總繃著支撐着什麼，腰痠背疼，還燥熱難受，室外三四度，室內不開空調也有二十度以上，衹能晚上開窗户透氣不然一腦袋汗。

禮賓很好，前台很好，客房不錯，早餐餐廳太差，沒有引座員，沒有主動的倒茶或者咖啡服務，早餐沒有河南特色的東西，胡辣湯也沒有，做麪條的小夥態度極差，完全沒有禮貌用語，很不耐煩，就衝著這個早餐也沒法再去住了。不過禮賓的小韓令人印象深刻，眼前一亮。
