We had a wonderful 3-day stay at the Sonesta Hotel.
The receptionist who welcomed us on 14/12 at 7:00 am was attentive, welcoming and above all accommodating.
Our room was very clean and well maintained. In addition, the hotel is right next to the Nile so we enjoyed an incredible view.
The brunch-style breakfast is very good, varied, and adapts to "almost" all cultures.
The restaurants located in the hotel are also just great in terms of welcome and taste. We recommend the Aladin restaurant if you want to eat local. Otherwise there is an Italian restaurant (also very good) and Japanese.
The breakfast staff from Saturday 14/12 to Tuesday 17/12 is very professional and very friendly.
The temperature of the pool is just great. The hotel is very beautiful and deserves all its stars.
Thank you again for the welcome. We will definitely come back on our next trip to Luxor. It was a pleasure to meet you.
I think that in addition to the beauty of the hotel, the staff does an incredible job which makes the experience even more enjoyable.

We planned to stay in Louxor for one night during our trip, so we booked this hotel. It is about a 30-minute walk from the bus and railway station and within a 5-minute drive. Security procedures for entering the hotel are adequate.
Although the room design is a bit old-fashioned, it is clean. The bathroom is a very special device with a variety of shower functions, but the water pressure is not high at all.
There is a large area outside the hotel's swimming pool to watch the sunset. It is located next to the Nile River and is an ideal place to rest!
Unlike the locals, the hotel staff were very willing to assist me. When I needed to change foreign currency and the bank was closed that day, the hotel staff took me to the ATM, even helped me try it out, and patiently answered my questions. I felt that the staff's assistance was a genuine service and not for tips.

We love it so much. We get a free upgrade room with Jacuzzi. Really appreciate and thank you so much. The staff is very friendly upon check-in, if not mistaken called Yusoof. The room is comfortable and unique, with beautiful sunset view. Love it and definitely will be back again.

Service: The front desk helped to upgrade the room type for free, and you can see the Nile River view. The ladies are all very beautiful and will ask if you are satisfied with the upgraded room type after check-in. Of course I am satisfied! After that, the waiter will send fruit, which is really thoughtful!
