The mini bar is empty, check in and check out because of Ctrip's problems, I waited in the lobby for more than 2 hours, and there was no water to drink during the period. Next time I will consider coming here for vacation. Ctrip really can’t comment. I made a full prepaid order. When I went to the hotel and said that Ctrip didn’t pay, I paid a deposit to check in, and then called Ctrip to deal with it. Ctrip sent me a message in the evening to tell me that it was processed. When I checked out Just refund the deposit. I checked with Ctrip again, hoping they will check it out and there will be no more problems. Ctrip online promised that there is no problem. When checking out, the hotel still said that the payment had not been received, and I stayed in the lobby for 2 or 3 hours on this issue. During the period, I also learned that Ctrip was sending emails to communicate with the hotel, so I was very speechless. In the end, Ctrip gave a 500 voucher to apologize. But I want to say that I prefer to have a pleasant trip, and 500 yuan is meaningless to me. Because of this problem, the travel plan was disrupted. I originally wanted to drive to Rabat on the day of check-out and go shopping for a while, and finally arrived at the Rabat hotel at 6 p.m. Clicked.

Tres beau site pied dans l'eau, le service etait irreprochable digne du standing de l'hotel , la restauration variée surtout au petit déjeuner. Personnel à l'ecoute, avenant et souriant. Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour un sejour en famille.

De los mejores hoteles en los que me he quedado!! Su único defecto es que casi ninguno de sus empleados habla inglés ni español entonces es muy complicado comunicarse y pedir cosas!!!

Merci à l’équipe de housekeeping , ma chambre était propre , les draps étaient toujours frais, les serviettes parfaitement pliées, et tout était organisé avec soin . C’est grâce à eux que mon séjour a été si agréable et confortable . Mme Nabila et Mme Samah votre travail est essentiel et mérite d’être reconnu . Merci encore pour tout .
