Ubicación, limpieza, decoración moderna, silencioso, facilidad para realizar el ingreso y salida. Buena atención de los chicas. Cambiaría un frigobar por el conservador, si tomas el apartamento por varios días lo necesitas, y algo donde apoyar las tazas y vasos, para no estropear el mobiliario. Recuerden tienen que dejar una fianza por si encuentran desperfectos en el mobiliario.

The overall cleanliness is very good. The rooms are spacious, and the area is very atmospheric on one of the most important arteries of the capital, Gran Via, with many establishments for all tastes. As for the price, it is reasonable, although this is very debatable.

The location is a 10. Super quiet despite being right on Gran Via. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. I would add daily room service, which was not included in the price, but could be contracted separately. I would choose it again, without a doubt.

Very good experience, clean, well located, everything quite new. The only detail is that there was a bad smell in the bathroom despite having windows. It may have been an internal problem with some pipe. Everything else was excellent. I really liked that it had a living room and a desk. Very good natural light and ventilation.

The hotel is extremely well located in the center and close to everything. It has recently been refurbished and therefore the furniture and rooms are in excellent conditions. We took a room with a living room which was quite spacious despite the fact that there was no dedicated space for storing suitcases in the room, the cupboard being too narrow. A few elements need to be reviewed: - There is no water kettle in the room, only a coffee maker with 3 capsules for 2 people and 6 nights... - The mini bar is too small and did absolutely nothing to cool - Our stay (6 nights) did not include room cleaning which is chargeable. The supply of clean towels and sheets is however possible, BUT without removing dirty items - There is no sign outside the building for the hotel, so you have to guess that you have to return through the door to find the check-in desk built into a cupboard, which doesn't look very professional. - I thought about calling before my arrival to indicate that we might arrive after midnight, and fortunately I did because otherwise I would have found no one! The hotel should have warned in advance that the check-in desk is only open during certain hours and some options are available for those arriving outside of these hours. Otherwise I recommend for its location and the condition of the rooms and furniture.

We had a great apartment with 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The apartment was very comfortably furnished. The apartment is right on the Grand Via. It is a short walk to the various metro stations. The street is very lively, especially at weekends.

La Habitación contaba con todo lo que se necesita para pasar una muy buena estadía y las vistas de la Gran Vía que se lograban desde los dos ventanales eran de primera.
