O hotel é bem no coração da gran via, perto de tudo, transporte passando na porta!
Sua equipe é muito simpática e atenciosa, em especial a Carmen da recepção que me ajudou com dúvidas que tinha na cidade!
Uma dica que eu daria ao hotel é colocar um placa de localização na frente, para facilitar na busca por ele!

Stayed here for a week in a deluxe suite - bedroom, bathroom and sitting room. Good to have a separate sitting area with space to spread out all of our stuff, as there was little storage. Just what we needed though. Great shower and good bed with a range of types of pillow to suit everyone. Quiet and secure. The hallways could have been better maintained but were clean, as was the room. Be aware that this is not a standard hotel, you are effectively renting a small apartment, so don't expect housekeeping during your stay. That suited us for our purposes and we were happy with the facilities provided.

Location was amazing. Close to shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. Right in the heart of Madrid.
Room was spacious and clean. Free coffee pods and orange juice in the room, along with some cereal boxes. Did not expect it but it was a pleasant surprise.
Showers had high pressure, and WiFi was very fast.
10/10 would recommend this stay.
Only issues were that there was no conditioner in the shower, only shampoo and body wash, and no full size mirror for my wife to view her outfit. Minor things that don’t take away from the overall wonderful experience.
Also forgot to mention that the staff is very nice.

The property is nice and is an apartment. These are currently being constructed and the apartments are nicely decorated and clean in a central area. The problem is that due to the construction which will probably take a few more months there is hammering and work being done early in the morning. One morning there were a couple of power outages in the building. There is a theater next-door so I could hear the soundtrack from Mamma Mia every evening. Maybe depends on what side of the building you're in. The staff at check-in were very nice. if you don't mind the noise this is a wonderful spot.

Fijne plek. We verbleven met 3 kleine kinderen, het appartement met 2 slaapkamers is super ruim en het ligt super centraal.
