Deluxe twin room, outside the window is an air conditioner room, the window is full of smoke, the worst room is given to Chinese people. Then you have to spend 200 euros to upgrade. All the rooms are empty, and they tell you they are full. Either spend money to upgrade, or make do with it. The sound insulation is very poor.
