I arrived at 1am, they picked us up from the hotel without problems but we couldn't access the hotel bat until 5pm and I had to leave earlier, there is only one vending machine and if you don't have coins you can't access it, they didn't give us any other alternative, they didn't have the money. change to coins to access to drink water and we had to go look for an ATM but you are in the same way bills and not coins, after swimming you don't have anything open in the hotel to drink water or another drink everything closed for that part at least they should to open the bar from at least 12 and not from 5 I have to look outside the hotel.

Hotel and Service in general was good. But when ordering the airport shuttle for 4:30, I was told “no problem” I was in front of the hotel 4:29, no bus, I asked the receptionist at 4:32, she said “I will call the driver” At 4:40 the bus arrives, telling me that will drive at 5am and that they left at 4:30 - I wasn’t there. It’s absolutely impossible to go to the airport and come back within 10min, so the driver lied straight into my face. I had no time to argue at the reception, so I took a taxi instead. Why are you ruining the experience at your hotel which such behavior? Would have been a 4-5 otherwise.

There aren’t many things in this hotel, one bar of soap and mixed body and shampoo liquid, the bed was comfy and the room spacious, the breakfast wasn’t bad either, a good choice if you need to stay close to the airport.

The hotel is not bad. It took me a while to find the hotel. It was a bit embarrassing that I went to the wrong two places. The breakfast was good, and there was also an airport drop-off service. I was dropped off at the station early in the morning. It was worth staying!
