The room was very comfortable, very clean and perfect for our family of 3. Five stars to the wonderful staff who went out of their way to help us, they answered all of our questions with a smile. Without them it wouldn't be possible to have such a great stay.

The room was very clean. Thank you for recommending such a good hotel. It made me feel comfortable and happy as soon as I got off the plane. The room was neat and clean. Hair dryers and splints are also provided. The four star hotel is very new. At the door is Sofia Retiro Park and about 2 kilometers from the Royal Palace of Madrid. It's really convenient to go anywhere. There is also a train station at the door. What a pleasant first stop after a 10 minute walk

We, 2 adults and 1 child, only needed to book a king bed + sofa bed. When we booked this room, it was written that it could only accommodate 3 people (including 2 large beds) and 3 breakfasts. However, we went to the hotel front desk and told us that we had booked 2 rooms. The 2 rooms can be connected through the door, with 2 double beds and a sofa bed, 2 kitchens, and 2 living rooms, which can accommodate at least 5-6 people.
