Mystique Regis Habana by Royalton Reviews

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel and changed the room type. The quality is still excellent and still exceeded our expectations. I originally thought that the slightly more basic room type might not be good, but in fact the hardware, service and hygiene are still online, and the view from the top floor is still good. Highly recommended!

There are several hotels in the same Royalton group. This one has the best value for money. There is also a Seaview Lion Hotel which is bigger and more upscale. It is also theirs and is close to the sea. It should be the best one at present.

The rooms are clean and tidy, with adequate air conditioning

The service is very poor. I will not stay in this hotel again

Very good in every way

Although we stayed for only one night, we received a great service from very friendly people. The position of the hotel in the city center is very convenient for walking around the beautiful Havana vieja. Bonus points for the amazing view from the roof!

We organized a little gathering to celebrating my dauther's wedding on the roof top. The staff was very nice and professional. There were some missing items in the menu, that we were hoping to get, and Jessica, our server, was able to find a great solution for us.

We did not have the experience we expected. The room was nice and clean as advertised. However, it seems that getting toilet paper in the room was challenging. We constantly had to ask for toilet paper and it would take forever to come. When we got there one elevator was working. During our stay the other elevator broke down. We were on the 6th floor and had to take the stairs. When we asked when it would be resolved, the staff could not answer. The breakfast was not great. Very plain and not many options. Sometimes we ordered lunch and dinner from the menu. The menu had lots of options but for the 7days we were there only the same 5 things were available. On one occasion we were even told we could not place a food order because they had a function and couldn't cater to us. The area immediately outside the hotel smelled and not very clean. It would be nice for those responsible to keep the area clean. Overall we did not enjoy the experience

Exceptional service .. the staff is amazing and the location is great .. special thanks to arianna for explaining and being my guide..the bar/room/conceeiage service is friendly. The location is in the center which close to everything.. Definitely had a great time.

Very beautiful place and very kind staff. The service is very good. The hotel is just in the middle of old town and is very easy to visit everything from there. The rooms are very comfortable and peaceful and the breakfast served on the terrace is very good.

The Mystique Royalton hotel was very charming and the staff was very nice. The room was clean, cozy and had all the necessities. There is a nice view up on the terrace. I highly recommended this hotel. I will definitely visit again on my next trip to Habana.

Small but cozy hotel, incredible rooms, made us feel comfortable, like at home. The staff is friendly, very attentive and thanks to them we discovered very interesting places with a lot of history that little is talked about on the internet. We will repeat our visit for sure.

Staff were excellent very helpful with our questions about Havana and Cuba. Room was very comfortable and modern perfect for those looking for a comfortable place to rest and relax while touring around the Cuban capital. Just returned from a 5-night stay at Mystique Royalton Havana to celebrate big birthday. The hotel decor and facilities are to a high standard in early 1900’s splendour with all mod-Cons expected of 5* hotels. The best thing for us though was the warmth and hospitality of the staff - all of them. A special mention to Pavel and Arianna. Who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and offer sound advice and guidance on places to visit, things to see etc. the roof terrace provides spectacular views across the city. In a fit of mindlessness I’d left my iPhone and Apple Watch at Havana airport. We don’t speak Spanish so contacting the airport was going to be a challenge !!! Pavel talked to the airport and to My astonishment and joy the items were in fact handed in to lost and found. They arranged a taxi and we were whisked back to the airport to claim the items !!!! What are the chances of this outcome in other countries, I wouldn’t fancy my chances!! Special thanks to Solenge our room technician for her devises and honesty. The hotel noticed birthday with no prompting at all and on the day I found a birthday banner on our door, wine and candied coconut from the hotel inside the room along with so many greetings and hugs 🤗. I was humbled and overwhelmed at the generosity and hospitality 😊 Whilst Cuba has its problems, despite all of this the spirit and heart of the people beats and makes this city such a special place which now holds a special place in my heart giving me such precious memories I will have forever. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will come back in the future as we ran out of time to do all the things we wanted to do!
