Was in a perfect location in the center of Madrid. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is a little old and the room we got was a bit rundown unfortunately. But overall a good stay.

The hotel is in a great location, with the Royal Palace, the commercial street, Madrid's food, shopping, all within walking distance!
