This was the first time I stayed at Swissotel Makkah and was not disappointed! Definitely a top notch hotel with all the amenities of a 5 star hotel. Previously,I’ve stayed at neighbouring hotels such as Makkah Towers and Al-Ghufran which are very good as well. I’d issues with lift availability at Makkah Towers but no such issues at this hotel.The staff were very helpful.As I’d a late night flight,they were able to store my luggage.The breakfast area was huge with good selection of food. I’ll probably return to this hotel on the next trip.

The room is small but very clean. My companion lost his phone and the hotel paid attention to it. He searched in the room for more than 20 minutes and finally found it (because the phone was turned off). I am very grateful for the enthusiastic help of the hotel staff. The hotel's breakfast is also rich, clean and hygienic. Thousands of people dine at the same time and the service is orderly and continuous! Thumbs up!
