Nice hotel to stay when performing umrah! Very near to haram by walking distance

The room was never cleaned unless requested. It seems they do it on purpose because they want a tip. The five of us stayed there for five days, and for the last two days, we didn't request any cleaning, resulting in the trash piling up, which we just placed in front of the room

Over all im so happy to stay in this hotel.So close to haram.

Friendly staff and the hotel location is very convenient. This has been advertised as a 5* Hotel, which it is not. It is a 4*.  Staff are helpful, although housekeeping is a bit slack.  Rooms are pretty tight but enough to use as a base and rest.   Breakfast has enough for anyone to eat. Remember, the taxis do not stop by the hotel. You will need to walk with bags to the main road.

I recently stayed at Elaf Kinda Hotel, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and professional, ensuring that my check-in process was smooth and efficient. The location is unbeatable, offering breathtaking views of the Haram, which added a special touch to my stay.
