Quite run down and not well kept. Have a smell and quite old. Location is idea and staff services are great. However renovation and hygiene is needed.

Convenient stay for any family as attractions, historical places, and malls are within walking distance. Would have liked it more if they had connecting rooms for the Junior Suites for families.

The hotel is a bit old and many areas are not well maintained. When I checked in on the first day, the water in the sink was not flowing, and the water in the bathing area was very slow. There is still a slipper bag left by the previous guest in the closet. The lampshade was also covered in dust. There were stains on the curtains and pillows, which looked like blood stains. I told the front desk that I wanted to change rooms, but the response I got was that I couldn't because the room was full today. But the app obviously still has rooms. It’s hard to describe in one word.
