DE-ANTONI

We had a terrible experience.
1. The host said that they needed to be contacted before check-in. This was hard for us to do because we booked outside of the country and couldn't call (only contact number provided, no email address).
2. When we got to the property, the security guard refused to let us enter without a qr code (that the host should have sent to us). He said that there was no receptionist or waiting area inside and we had to stay outside in the sun.
3. The same security guard used his personal phone to call the host about 3 times and they didn't answer.
4. It was getting late so we ended up booking another place and leaving.
5. We reached out to Trip.com and they contacted the host on our behalf 'to negotiate' and then told us that we couldn't get back any of the money regardless of the situation that took place.
So with that being said , book at your own risk.
