Arranged a disabled toilet room, the window can not be opened, live on the 1st floor no view at all, at night downstairs and noisy! Poor sound.

We enjoyed our short stay in this very pleasant and conveniently located hotel with its comfortable entrance hall. All the staff (from receptionists to cleaners)were very welcoming and unfailingly helpful, providing us with all the information we needed. When we asked about hot water for tea they kindly provided us with a kettle and larger cups. Unexpectedly, we had to stay another night so we stayed in two different rooms. The first was larger, as was its bathroom, which had a bidet. You could open the windows and the bed was large and very comfortable, with plenty of comfortable pillows. We didn't actually dislike it but the second room, although in the same category as the first, felt a little cramped and the bathroom had no bidet and was not as well laid-out. We loved the first room but the second was just OK.

Very helpful front desk receptionists. Tea and Nespresso coffee in the room was great! Didn’t get that in other hotels! Location of the hotel was very convenient . Breakfast was very good but starts at 8 AM. Continental breakfast at 7 am will help the tourists.

Very happy with our stay. Great hotel, nice rooms, clean, awesome breakfast and service minded staff. Even got a birthday cake to our room on my birthday, as a surprise. One more fantastic thing about the hotel is the restaurant in the same building. We enjoyed the best seven course meny we ever ate. Over all four great days and nights.

Lit King size, tres confortable et chambre d une propreté absolue. Accueil très professionnel, agréable et à l écoute. Pdj à l anglaise très copieux. Chambre au 4eme étage ( 402) sur rue arrière très calme. Hotel à 10 mn du centre et à 5mn ( a pied) du marché couvert où on peut déjeuner pour un prix modique et excellent.
