Chambres rénovées de grand confort, notamment les lits. Insonorisation probablement insuffisante l'été par rapport à la musique de la piscine. Personnel très aimable, notamment Madalena qui nous a beaucoup aidé pour régler un problème de pneumatique et utiliser les transports en commun. Petit-déjeuner très complet mais dans une salle sans fenêtres......C'est aussi la salle du restaurant, ce qui n'est pas très tentant.....Nous avons dîné ailleurs, mais, hors saison, le choix est limité! Plage avec des transats inclus dans le prix mais pas en très bon état. Grande piscine, propre, mais dont le liner est "plissé". Agréable hors saison mais qui doit être surchargée en saison

Very unfriendly woman (older, with glasses) at the reception. Uncooperative and downright rude. Hotel bar is more like a kiosk. Parking spaces are far from sufficient for the size of the hotel. Check-in only possible in the evening (!!!). When asked if it was possible earlier, the answer was "the cleaning staff has other things to do". One of the most expensive hotels, but with probably the worst service

This hotel is a hidden gem 💎 the staff we're amazing and friendly (especially the Steau fan at the pool). Lots of choices with food and the rooms were incredible. A negative it would be the choices of hot drinks for breakfast only expresso there needs to be a choice of teas and coffees

Good accommodation conditions, clean, elegant, multiple consumables in the bathroom, diverse and good food. Swimming pool and beach (free sunbeds and towels) clean and well staffed. Parking is generous and free. I recommend this location!

Very clean hotel. Very friendly staff (starting with the girls at the reception, right from the moment we were interested in the holiday, the bartenders, the waiters, the waitresses, the guys in the parking lot ... and even those at the pool and Blanco Beach), the food good and diverse, the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas including the exterior of the hotel, the pool with heated water, tickets for towels and sun loungers beach ..... It should be an example for Romanian tourism (seaside). Congratulations !!! We will definitely be back ....

For the money this is an outstanding hotel. Around 100 usd a night. Its a junior suite with a balcony and sea view. Hotel is super clean and staff is very friendly and nice. Its located on south end of Mamaia Beach and has a nice beach that is free for cushioned beach chair and palapa.

Breakfast is awesome. The room is spacious and clean. The staff is kind and helpful. There was enough free parking lots. The room with sea view has a beautifully sighting of the sea. The beach nearby the hotel has soft sand and is spacious. In April there are not so many beach bars opened.
